Sheriff Reports — Deputies were called at 9:03 a.m. Thursday to Glasgow Road, Wayne Township for a disturbance, finding the man causing the disturbance had some mental health issues and appeared to need assistance. No threats or physical violence occurred to anyone at the residence. Municipal LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a case against Romello Shamone Edison, 27, West Sixth Street, East Liverpool, was bound over to the county grand jury for fourth-degree felony failure to comply. Edison allegedly failed to move over for emergency lights on state Route 39 and fled from police who attempted a traffic stop, accelerating and losing control, with the vehicle sliding sideways and coming to rest in an empty gravel lot on Nov. 2 in East Liverpool.
