Sheriff Reports —A deputy at 4:28 p.m. Tuesday investigated a report of a suspicious man in the woods near the federal prison, FCI Elkton, waving down cars as they passed by. Contact was made with the man on the rear porch area of a residence on Scroggs Road, Lisbon and he was identified as Terry Lee Banks of Minnesota. Banks, 49, was taken into custody on a charge of criminal trespass and booked into the Columbiana County jail, with other potential charges pending. Municipal LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a case against Romello Shamone Edison, 27, West Sixth Street, East Liverpool, was bound over to the county grand jury for fourth-degree felony failure to comply. Edison allegedly failed to move over for emergency lights on state Route 39 and fled from police who attempted a traffic stop, accelerating and losing control, with the vehicle sliding sideways and coming to rest in an empty gravel lot on Nov. 2 in East Liverpool.
