East Liverpool — A male told officers over the phone that his wife was offered a ride by an unknown male on Dec. 1, which she denied. The caller said the male who was driving a dark colored vehicle and whose face was hidden by a mask in the dark followed her to a 4th Street location and attempted to follow her inside but was unsuccessful due to security doors.
