Fattler, 51, U.S. Route 30, Kensington, was bound over to the county grand jury for abduction, a third-degree felony, for allegedly holding a woman down against her will and not letting her go, with a knife in his hand which he put down by her side on Sept. 21 in West Township. East Liverpool — A male told officers over the phone that his wife was offered a ride by an unknown male on Dec. 1, which she denied. The caller said the male who was driving a dark colored vehicle and whose face was hidden by a mask in the dark followed her to a 4th Street location and attempted to follow her inside but was unsuccessful due to security doors. Haines, 51, state Route 164, Salineville, were bound over to the county grand jury for felonious assault, a first-degree felony, third-degree felony failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer and misdemeanors of aggravated menacing and criminal damaging.
