Sheriff’s Office — A deputy at 8:36 p.m. Monday returned a call regarding an unruly juvenile on McGeehan Road, Wayne Township, advising the person how to proceed. The deputy also spoke with the juvenile and was advised both parties would be civil. — Deputies were dispatched at 8:10 p.m. Saturday to Unity Township at a Hawkins Road property for a protection order violation. Municipal LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, cases against Avery D. Lee, 40, Pritchard Avenue, Lisbon, were bound over to the county grand jury for third-degree felony strangulation and misdemeanor domestic violence for allegedly putting a woman in a headlock causing her to suffocate on Feb. 26 in Lisbon.
