Court News LISBON — An East Liverpool man accused of engaging in sexual activity with a 14-year-old child last year pleaded guilty to second-degree felony sexual battery. Robert M. Pressley, 37, Manor Lane, entered the plea in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court. He will face sentencing on May 18. A charge of third-degree felony unlawful sexual conduct with a minor will be dismissed. Pressley was accused of engaging in sexual activity with the child victim on June 29, 2025. Sheriff’s Office — A deputy responded to the 33000 block of Votaw Boulevard in Hanover Township at 5:15 p.m. Sunday for a report of a possible stolen license plate. Officers spoke with the caller and advised them how to proceed and that a report would be on file. — A deputy responded to the 50000 block of Front Street in Middleton Township at 10:51 p.m. Thursday for a medical call.
