Sheriff’s Office — A man on Cream Ridge Road, Elkrun Township, reported at 8:08 p.m. Tuesday that unknown people are continuously pounding on his doors and windows at his residence. — A man on Foundry Hill Road, Franklin Township, reported at 5:44 p.m. Tuesday that he has emergency custody of his child and the mother was sending him harassing and threatening text messages. — Deputies were dispatched at 5:04 p.m. Tuesday to Center Avenue, Center Township, for a person making suicidal threats. EMT Ambulance transported the person to a hospital in Mahoning County.

Municipal LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a preliminary/pretrial hearing was set March 16 for Cameron Allen Morris Davis, 26, Main Street, Wellsville, charged with fourth-degree felony failure to comply and misdemeanors of operating a vehicle impaired refusal with prior within 20 years, reckless operation and a stop sign violation. Sheriff’s Office — A woman on Camp Boulevard, Hanover Township reported at 9:13 p.m. Saturday a neighbor’s vehicle was on her property and she was concerned the vehicle would roll down the hillside and into her residence. Upon arrival with Baker’s Towing, deputies learned the vehicle was parked in the driveway in park and rolled backwards down the driveway onto the woman’s property. Court News LISBON — A Wellsville man accused of trying to harm a woman and damaging her car window last year pleaded guilty to fourth-degree felony aggravated assault, and misdemeanors of assault and criminal damaging, with sentencing set for April 24. East Liverpool – Two juveniles were charged with public intoxication and underage consumption after an officer observed one of them appear to be sitting or lying down in the Elks parking lot on Feb. 14. The officer called for a second officer to meet him in the area, by then the juveniles had left the parking lot. After patrolling the area, officers located the juveniles and detected an odor of alcohol coming from them.
