Hughes, 53, East Third Street, Salem, was fined $1,450 and sentenced to 183 days in jail, with 120 days suspended and credit for nine days served, leaving 54 days to serve for merged charges of operating a vehicle impaired, plus driving under suspension. Municipal LISBON — An East Liverpool woman is facing potential charges in Columbiana County Municipal Court for an alleged attack on a minor. A pretrial was set May 20 for Miranda Hull, 25, St. Clair Avenue, East Liverpool, charged with domestic violence, endangering children, and aggravated menacing. Grand Jury LISBON — A New Waterford man accused of kidnapping a woman from a daycare parking lot in Columbiana and forcing her to a secluded area while armed with a pistol is now facing a first-degree felony kidnapping charge, along with other charges. Jason N. Hartsough, 48, state Route 558, was one of a dozen defendants openly indicted Tuesday by the Columbiana County Grand Jury after a one-day session.
