-- A woman on Vincent Road, Salem Township reported at 3:54 p.m. Friday that her ex-boyfriend, who lives in Middleton Township, called her multiple times from a restricted number and she told him multiple times to stop calling her.

-- A man on Morris Road, Elkrun Township reported at 3:43 p.m. Friday that his neighbor keeps knocking over the property pin. He was advised to contact an attorney.

-- A deputy was dispatched at 7:14 p.m. Thursday to Old Monroeville Road, Washington Township for a domestic violence report. All parties involved separated and some left the residence.

-- A domestic violence incident was reported at 5:02 p.m. Thursday on Lisbon Road, Salem Township.

-- A man from Haiti Road, Washington Township called at 9:49 p.m. Aug. 4 to report he's not at his residence and his neighbor contacted him to advise his dog and cat are missing.

-- The family of a woman from East Liverpool who had been an inmate at the Columbiana County jail reported at 9:15 p.m. Aug. 4 that she was released from the jail on County Home Road, Lisbon and has no phone, has health issues and is not back home. Dispatch put out a welfare check for her and the next day, she was located at a residence on U.S. Route 30, Center Township.

-- Alliance police dispatch in Stark County called at 6:58 p.m. Aug. 4 to request a welfare check on a person who lives on Main Street, Knox Township and was making suicidal threats on the Internet. A deputy checked, but there was no vehicle or person on the vacant property.

-- A woman from Arizona reported at 6:46 p.m. Aug. 4 that her sister, who resides on Cunningham Road, Salem Township, went into her deceased mother's bank and withdrew $300,000 from her account. She was advised to contact an attorney.

-- A man from Beaver Falls, Pa. Reported at 2:13 p.m. Aug. 4 that he camps at Clewell Campground on Clewell Drive, Hanover Township, and the Columbiana County Humane Society confiscated his chickens that they said were in bad conditions, which they were not according to him. He said somebody tampered with their pens and water supply. He was advised to contact an attorney.

Highway Patrol

-- Johnathan Russell, 42, state Route 45, Lisbon, was cited for assured clear distance after his westbound vehicle struck the rear of another westbound vehicle driven by Haley A. Orndoff, 22, High Street, Washingtonville at 5:41 p.m. Aug. 8 in Madison Township. No injuries were reported.

-- Jack K. Ayers, 18, Knox School Road, Minerva, was cited for reasonable control after his northbound vehicle traveled off of Rochester Road and struck a mailbox and utility pole at 12:01 p.m. Aug. 7.

-- Grant Soneson, 22, Rocky River, suffered a suspected serious injury and was transported by Stat MedEvac to St. Elizabeth Hospital in Youngstown after his eastbound vehicle traveled off the road and crashed into some brush at 7:46 p.m. Aug. 6 in Unity Township. No citation was issued.

-- Joshua H. Burkett, 50, Moore Road, East Liverpool, was cited for assured clear distance after his eastbound vehicle swerved to miss a fire truck blocking Cameron Road, went off the left side, struck an embankment and overturned onto its side at 11:44 a.m. Aug. 6 in Madison Township. Burkett suffered a possible injury and was taken by West Point EMS to East Liverpool City Hospital. His passenger, Angel D. Roberton, 45, Moore Road, East Liverpool, suffered suspected minor injuries and was taken by West Point EMS to East Liverpool City Hospital.

-- Lindsay J. Brothers, 42, state Route 172, Lisbon, was cited for a stop sign violation after her northbound vehicle on state Route 164 failed to stop at state Route 558 and struck an eastbound vehicle driven by Austin R. Sabol, 21, Wickliffe at 7:40 a.m. Aug. 6 in Fairfield Township. No injuries were reported.

-- A 17-year-old Hanoverton girl was cited for reasonable control after her westbound vehicle traveled off of the right side of Middle Beaver Road and struck a yellow traffic signal and mailbox at 11:10 p.m. Aug. 5 in Elkrun Township. No injuries were reported.

-- Austin T. Barone, 27, Boardman, was cited for reasonable control after the UPS truck he was driving east on Salem Grange Road drove off of the road and struck a stop sign and utility pole at 5:13 p.m. Aug. 5 in Salem Township near state Route 558. No injuries were reported.

-- Daniel T. Ingram, 29, Salem Alliance Road, Salem, was cited for a stop sign violation after his northbound vehicle on Slater Road failed to stop at the stop sign and struck a westbound vehicle on Hartley Road driven by Dylan M. Steeves, 33, Brooklyn Avenue, Salem, who then went off the road and struck a utility pole at 7:50 a.m. Aug. 5 in Butler Township. Steeves suffered suspected minor injuries, but wasn't transported. His three passengers were not injured.

-- Steven D. Doughty, 54, Shadyside, was cited for reasonable control after his eastbound semi truck went off of the right side of state Route 558, struck a fence, came back onto the road, crossed the center line and went off the right side of the road, striking a cornfield at 10:18 a.m. Aug. 4 in Unity Township. No injuries were reported.

-- Nevan Lee, 23, state Route 170, East Palestine, was cited for reasonable control and operating a vehicle impaired after Lee's eastbound vehicle traveled off the right side of state Route 14 and struck a mailbox, multiple stretches of fencing and a utility pole at 2:53 a.m. Aug. 1 in Unity Township. No injuries were reported.

-- Dale Bittler, 67, Youngstown, was cited for failure to yield after his northbound vehicle on Lower Elkton Road failed to yield to oncoming traffic at the stop sign and struck an eastbound vehicle on state Route 517 driven by Heather M. Ritterspach, 32, Black Road, Lisbon at 5:16 a.m. Aug. 1 in Fairfield Township, causing the Ritterspach vehicle to strike a guardrail. Ritterspach suffered a suspected minor injury and was taken by West Point EMS to St. Elizabeth Hospital.

-- Alan J. Roush, 30, Fife Coal Road, Wellsville, was westbound on Osbourne Road at 12:10 p.m. July 29 in Madison Township when his vehicle's mirror was struck, by an unidentified eastbound vehicle's mirror. No injury was reported.

-- Dustin D. Hull, 24, Plymouth Street, Hanoverton, suffered suspected serious injuries after allegedly losing control of his eastbound motorcycle on U.S. Route 30, overturning and going off the right side of the road and striking a ditch at 7:15 a.m. July 29 in Hanover Township. Hull was transported by Stat MedEvac to St. Elizabeth Hospital and cited for reasonable control.

-- Codey A. Mobley, 31, Center Street, Wellsville, was cited for left of center after his southbound car traveled left of center, striking a northbound truck driven by Patrick Lee Wright, 55, Swickard Street, East Liverpool, then a parked vehicle owned by Sandra K. Smith of Wellsville at 8:15 p.m. July 28 on Mill Street in Wellsville.

-- A hit/skip was reported at 2:51 p.m. July 27 when Barbara A. Mick, 76, East Liverpool, was stopped at a red light on Dresden Avenue, East Liverpool when struck from behind by a vehicle which fled the scene north. No injury was reported.

-- Donald Hahlen, 82, Butler Grange Road, Salem, was cited for right of way when his vehicle entered state Route 172 from East Alley and was struck by a westbound vehicle on state Route 172 driven by Meghann E. Cook, 47, state Route 172, Lisbon at 8:38 a.m. July 27 in Hanover Township. Hahlen suffered a suspected minor injury.
