LISBON — An East Palestine man accused of attacking a woman last year was sentenced to 120 days in the county jail, with credit for 39 days served, leaving a balance of 81 days still to serve after pleading guilty to misdemeanor domestic violence.
Timothy Boggs, 33, North Pleasant Drive, entered the plea during a recent hearing in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court. Another charge of domestic violence was dismissed.
Boggs was accused of attacking a woman by jumping on top of her with steel toe boots on Feb. 17, 2025 in St. Clair Township while she was pregnant.
Also in Common Pleas Court:
— Dorian Lowrey, 51, Enon Valley, Pa., was placed under community control for four years and received credit for time served in jail of 125 days for fourth-degree felony domestic violence, fifth-degree felony violation of a protection order and misdemeanors of aggravated menacing and criminal trespass. Another charge of violation of a protection order was dismissed. On Aug. 20, 2025, he was accused of throwing a cell phone at a woman who had an active protection order against him, striking her in the mouth while on the property he’s prohibited from visiting. He also was accused of trespassing on another property in New Waterford and threatening to assault a man, also on Aug. 20, 2025.
— Kayla E. Macklin, 38, South Cross Street, Columbiana, was sentenced to 60 days in the county jail for violating the terms of her probation for possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony, for possessing cocaine on May 8, 2022. Her community control was dishonorably terminated.
— Frederick A. Kirby, 50, Chester Avenue, Wellsville, pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine, possession of a fentanyl-related compound and aggravated possession of drugs, all fifth-degree felonies, with sentencing set for Sept. 4. Kirby possessed cocaine, fentanyl and methamphetamine on July 27, 2025.
— Sheila Marie Kralj, 45, Girard, was sentenced to three years community control after pleading guilty to possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony, for possessing cocaine on Oct. 13, 2024.
— Patrick A. Doss, 42, Camelot Drive, Columbiana, was placed on a treatment plan for two years after pleading guilty to aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, for possessing THC on Sept. 24, 2025. A fourth-degree felony charge of aggravated trafficking in drugs was dismissed.

LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a preliminary hearing was set Aug. 10 for Alvin W. Carnes, 42, West Washington Street, Lisbon, charged with fourth-degree felony theft for allegedly stealing a woman’s 2018 Buick Invision, driving away without the woman’s consent on June 30 in Center Township.
A private review has been reset to July 21 for Kimberly Rexroad, 48, Pennsylvania Avenue Extension, East Liverpool, charged as a fugitive from justice from the state of Pennsylvania for attempted homicide. She had waived extradition last month. The judge noted she was still serving a jail term of 19 days issued on June 15 for charges of obstructing official business and drug paraphernalia in Columbiana County.
A pretrial was set Aug. 31 for Shane Kitzmiller, 50, Midland, Pa., charged with assault for allegedly spitting in a woman’s face, pushing her and scratching her on June 18 in St. Clair Township, with a witness saying he broke the woman’s phone.
A pretrial was set July 20 for Darryl M. Pudder, 53, North Lima, charged with aggravated menacing for allegedly threatening another man, saying he was going to cave his head in at JDE Food and Fuel, South State Street, New Waterford on June 18.
A pretrial was set Aug. 31 for Andrew Guy Quimby, 21, Commerce Street, Wellsville, charged with domestic violence for allegedly kicking a woman in the back and chasing her through the house on July 1 in East Liverpool.
A pretrial was set July 20 for Douglas E. Gill, 45, state Route 7, Rogers, charged with violation of a protection order for allegedly having a relative make contact with a protected person on his behalf on June 22 in Center Township.
A pretrial was set Aug. 3 for Justin Lee Burr, 32, Thomas Street, East Palestine, charged with endangering children after three children who were allegedly supposed to be in his care on June 23 left an East Palestine residence and walked by themselves to Dollar General in East Palestine. The children ranged in age from 3 years old to 6 years old. He claimed to be unaware the children were left in his care.
A pretrial was set Aug. 3 for Amber Sue Cataldo, 33, Thomas Street, East Palestine, charged with endangering children after three children who were allegedly supposed to be home on June 23 left an East Palestine residence and walked by themselves to Dollar General in East Palestine. The children ranged in age from 3 years old to 6 years old. She claimed she left the children in someone else’s care while she went to the store.
Zachary Gary Lamadanie, 31, Hartville, was ordered to serve 30 days in jail, with credit for eight days served, leaving a balance of 22 days to serve in jail for violating the terms of his probation for a 2022 case of engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools in a sex for hire case.
Kenneth Frank Mullin, 38, Baden, Pa., was fined $750 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, with 88 days suspended and credit for two days served, for engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools, with 20 hours community service and an education course ordered. Mullin responded to an undercover ad on a known prostitution website and arranged for sexual activity with a woman for $140, then drove to East Palestine on Feb. 25 for the meeting with the phone used to make the arrangements in his possession.
A pretrial was set Sept. 1 for Robert S. Hoskinson, 51, East Lincoln Way, Lisbon, charged with failure to comply and obstructing official business for allegedly going through the Huntington Bank parking lot to drive around a police vehicle and drive southbound on a closed section of North Main Street, Columbiana after being told multiple times by police that the road was closed on July 4. After he was stopped by another police officer for failing to comply with the traffic control, he allegedly refused three times to provide his license, proof of insurance and vehicle registration, asking for the police chief instead.
A pretrial was set Sept. 2 for Kayla A. Wheeler, 42, last known address Aliquippa, Pa., charged with making false alarms, falsification and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia for allegedly filing a false police report about being held against her will on Nov. 20, 2021 in St. Clair Township and also claimed a 4-wheeler was stolen when it wasn’t. During a traffic stop on July 7 in East Palestine, Wheeler was a passenger and police learned she had an active warrant and detained her, then police found a glass pipe with burn marks that she admitted to hiding between the seats.
A pretrial was set Sept. 9 for Heather M. Reed, 42, Broadway Avenue, Wellsville, charged with theft and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia for allegedly being part of a shoplifting group that stole 50 items valued at $849 from the Calcutta Walmart on July 1 and possessing a crack pipe.
A pretrial was set Sept. 9 for Christina Ann Reed, 43, Broadway Avenue, Wellsville, charged with theft and criminal trespass for allegedly being part of a shoplifting group that stole 50 items valued at $849 from the Calcutta Walmart on July 1 after she had already been trespassed from the store previously.
Brie A. Buckley, 45, South Park Circle, East Liverpool, was fined $200 and sentenced to 30 days in jail, with 27 days suspended and credit for three days served, for obstructing official business, with 20 hours community service ordered. Buckley came to the door and refused to unlock it to allow officers to gain entry during the execution of a search warrant on Nov. 27, 2025 in St. Clair Township, hindering police and drug task force agents for several minutes.
A pretrial was set Sept. 8 for Chandler S. Robinson, 27, West Eighth Street, Salem, charged with criminal damaging for allegedly messing with a fence at the Foundry in Salem on July 3, grabbing a board, removing it and then putting it back.
A pretrial was set Sept. 1 for Shaun Thomas Yanko, 46, Sewickley, Pa., charged with illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia for allegedly possessing glass pipes with burn marks during a traffic stop on July 7 in East Palestine. He was fined $50 for expired tag.
A pretrial was set Sept. 8 for James Robert Spencer, 62, Ohio Avenue, East Liverpool, charged with violations for litter and storage of furniture for allegedly having miscellaneous trash, junk and rubbish about the exterior of his Ohio Avenue, East Liverpool property, including a mattress on May 10.
A pretrial was set Sept. 1 for Adam W. Grimm, 23, state Route 45, Lisbon, charged with operating a vehicle impaired and reasonable control.
A pretrial was set Sept. 14 for Erica B. Sprankle, 41, East Fourth Street, East Liverpool, charged with attempted, possessing criminal tools, two counts of possession of a drug abuse instruments, and three counts of drug paraphernalia. On May 18 in St. Clair Township, she allegedly attempted to switch merchandise tickets in Walmart and possessed the tickets, used hypodermic syringes, glass smoking pipe and narcotics. During a traffic stop on May 28 in East Liverpool, she allegedly possessed a burnt glass pipe, scale and tray. During a traffic stop on April 2 in East Liverpool, she allegedly possessed suspected narcotics, a burnt glass pipe and metal made shift pipe with residue.
Shawna A. Bodiford, 43, Toronto, was fined $150 and sentenced to 22 days in jail, with credit for 22 days served, leaving no time to serve for drug paraphernalia for possessing a meth pipe on March 30 in St. Clair Township.
Rickey L. Smith, 70, Warren, was fined $150 for attempted possession of drug paraphernalia for attempting to possess a corner bag tear off coated in white residue during a traffic stop in Columbiana on Nov. 6, 2025.
A pretrial was set Sept. 14 for Indiah Marie Pullie, 24, South Walnut Street, East Palestine, charged with operating a vehicle impaired and assured clear distance.
A pretrial was set Sept. 14 for Joseph S. Skrinjar, 59, state Route 518, Lisbon, charged with OVI second offense, OVI breath second offense and a headlights violation.
Patricia A. Pray, 61, state Route 45, Lisbon, was fined $565 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, with 87 days suspended and credit for three days served in a driver intervention program for OVI, with 20 hours community service ordered. Her license was suspended for one year, with driving privileges granted.
