-- A deputy returned a call at 9:50 p.m. Wednesday to an out-of-state person regarding a trespass complaint involving a property on Walnut Street, Rogers. The person said they live out of state, but someone may have moved into a property they had for sale that's in unliveable condition. The deputy checked the residence and found signs someone moved in, but there was no one there.
