Highway Patrol

— Logan C. Lisk, 20, Rainbow Road, East Liverpool, was cited for failure to yield after his westbound vehicle on state Route 558 struck a southbound vehicle on state Route 164 driven by Christopher Hamilton, 52, Timberline Drive, Columbiana, causing it to go off the road and strike a traffic sign at 3:42 p.m. June 30 in Fairfield Township. No injuries were reported.

— Lloyd R. Blackburn, 58, Carrollton, was cited for reasonable control after his southbound semi truck went off of state Route 558, struck an embankment and overturned at 2:31 p.m. June 29 in Salem Township. No injury was reported.

— Chelsea J. Lease, 36, Slater Road, Salem, was cited for a stop sign violation after her westbound vehicle on Buck Road traveled through the intersection and was struck by a northbound vehicle on Westville Lake Road driven by Timothy Coffee, 71, Whinnery Road, Winona at 3:52 p.m. June 27 in Knox Township. No injuries were reported.

— Sarah E. May, 23, North Union Avenue, Salem, was cited for reasonable control after her northbound vehicle traveled off of Macklin Road and struck a mailbox at 10:41 p.m. June 19 in Unity Township. No injury was reported.

— A 17-year-old Columbiana girl was cited for assured clear distance ahead after her northbound vehicle on state Route 7 struck the rear of another northbound vehicle driven by Nicholas W. Usis, 20, Lisbon Road, Salem, and pushed it into the rear a northbound vehicle driven by Keith Bacon, 72, Lisbon Dungannon Road, Lisbon at 12:15 p.m. June 19 in Fairfield Township. The girl suffered a suspected minor injury, but wasn’t transported. No other injuries were reported.

— Richard M. Adney, 68, Glasgow Road, Wellsville, suffered a suspected serious injury and was transported to Mercy Health, Youngstown by West Point EMS after his eastbound vehicle went off the right side of U.S. Route 30 and struck a traffic sign and a tree at 3:14 p.m. June 17 in Madison Township. His passenger, Doris Adney, 68, Glasgow Road, Wellsville, suffered a suspected minor injury and was taken by NorthStar to Mercy Health, Youngstown. No citation was listed on the report.

— Kameron D. Dykus, 18, Sandy Spring Road, Minerva, was cited for failure to yield after her vehicle left a private drive and struck a northbound vehicle on Sandy Springs Road driven by Jerry Cartwright, 58, Mercury Drive, Wellsville, ran off the right side of the road and struck a mailbox at 5:39 p.m. June 16. No injuries were reported.
