LISBON — A Wellsville man convicted of trying to hit a woman with a vehicle during a domestic in 2024 was sentenced to 12 months in prison for violating the terms of his probation.
Tyler J. Corbisello, 31, 10th Street Extension, appeared recently in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court for a probation revocation hearing due to violating the terms of his community control, also known as probation, which was then dishonorably terminated.
Charges against Corbisello included third-degree felony strangulation, fifth-degree felony attempted vehicular assault (lesser offense of felonious assault, a second-degree felony) and misdemeanor domestic violence for trying to physically harm the woman with a vehicle, striking her multiple times on the back of her head and choking her during a physical altercation March 3, 2024 in Salineville.
The prison sentence was ordered served at the same time as the seven-month term he received recently for a fifth-degree felony of possession of a fentanyl-related compound for possessing fentanyl in 2023.
Also in Common Pleas Court:
— Benny Ray Miley Jr., 36, Cleveland, pleaded guilty to lesser offenses of third-degree felony attempted aggravated possession of drugs and attempted possession of a fentanyl-related compound, third-degree felony possession of cocaine, fifth-degree felony possession of drugs and a forfeiture specification, with sentencing set for Aug. 27. Miley was originally charged with second-degree felonies of aggravated possession of drugs, trafficking in a fentanyl-related and possession of a fentanyl-related compound. Four trafficking charges and a charge of operating a vehicle with a hidden compartment used to transport a controlled substance will be dismissed.
The indictment said that on June 25, 2025, Miley allegedly trafficked and possessed methamphetamine in an amount equal or greater than five times bulk but less than 50 times bulk, both fentanyl and cocaine in amounts equal or greater than 10 grams but less than 20 grams, and xylazine. The indictment also included specifications for forfeiture of money from a drug case for $775 Miley allegedly possessed and the charge for allegedly having a hidden compartment in the vehicle.
— Megan J. Gregg, 36, 20th Street, Wellsville, was placed under community control for five years and ordered to make restitution of $28,011 after pleading guilty to illegal use of supplemental nutrition assistance program benefits or WIC program benefits, a third-degree felony. The illegal use happened between Nov. 13, 2020 and May 31, 2025.
— Michael N. Young, 45, Ravine Street, East Liverpool, was placed under community control for 18 months after pleading guilty to a lesser offense of attempted unauthorized use of a vehicle, a misdemeanor originally a felony. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 117 days suspended and credit for 63 days served, leaving no time to serve. On April 20, 2024, he used a car without consent of the owner.
— Taylor Stevie Nichole Thrasher, 27, Main Street, Wellsville, was sentenced to six months in prison, with credit for one day served, after pleading guilty to possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony for possessing cocaine on Sept. 1, 2024.
— Patrick J. Dilworth III, 39, New Springfield, was sentenced to nine months in prison for a lesser-included offense of attempted compelling prostitution, a fourth-degree felony, and possessing criminal tools, a fifth-degree felony. The original charge was compelling prostitution, a third-degree felony. He was designated a Tier II sex offender with a requirement for registration. He was accused of responding to an undercover ad on a known prostitution website of a juvenile female being portrayed as a foster child runaway and arranging to have sexual activity with her in exchange for $140, then traveling to East Palestine on Nov. 19, 2025 for the meeting with the phone used to make the arrangements in his possession.
— Robert A. Gephart II, 40, Ashtabula, was sentenced to nine months in prison after pleading guilty to a lesser-included offense of attempted compelling prostitution, originally third-degree felony compelling prostitution, and attempted unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, a fourth-degree felony. Charges of importuning and possessing criminal tools will be dismissed and he was designated a Tier II sex offender with a registration requirement. The prison term was ordered served consecutive to any sentence out of Ashtabula County.

LISBON — Pershae M. Moreland, 33, last known address South Street, East Palestine, was served Tuesday with a secret indictment issued by the Columbiana County Grand Jury in 2018 for possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, with a forfeiture specification for allegedly possessing THC and $250 on Feb. 1, 2017.

LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a case against Isaiah J. Carl, 18, West State Street, Salem, was bound over to the county grand jury for fourth-degree felony burglary and three counts of fifth-degree felony harassment by an inmate for allegedly trespassing at a residence in Salem on June 4 by forcefully pushing in the door while the residents were sleeping, then fleeing the scene. He had been trespassed from the property the day before on June 3. Officers were called to remove him from another residence on June 3 in Salem and due to his condition from allegedly being under the influence of drugs, he was taken to Salem Regional Medical Center. Officers stood by to assist medical staff due to his irate behavior upon entering the emergency room and he allegedly spit on three different police officers during this incident.
A preliminary/pretrial hearing was set June 17 for Mitzi S. Stoddard, 36, Park Avenue, East Palestine, charged with fifth-degree felony obstructing justice and misdemeanor illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia for allegedly transporting a wanted person in her vehicle on June 9 in Salem, acknowledging on June 3 that she knew he was wanted by the Adult Parole Authority. During the incident on June 9, she had baggies for the storage of dangerous drugs in her possession.
A pretrial was set Aug. 12 for Norman L. Rudder, 55, Aten Avenue Extended, Wellsville, charged with misdemeanor sexual imposition for allegedly having sexual contact with a juvenile, 15 years old, on Nov. 1, 2025 in Wellsville.
A status conference hearing was set June 17 and a jury trial was set June 25 for Ryan L. Pritt, 44, Lisbon Street, East Liverpool, charged with aggravated menacing, domestic violence and drug paraphernalia for allegedly threatening a man, saying he was going to kill him and his mother on May 26 in East Liverpool. On Dec. 28, 2024 during a traffic stop, he allegedly possessed a burnt glass pipe during a traffic stop in St. Clair Township.
A pretrial was set June 24 for Elliott Emanuel Springston, 42, Charles Street, East Liverpool, charged with domestic violence and violation of a protection order for allegedly striking a woman who has a protection order against him on April 27 in East Liverpool. He was fined $300 and sentenced to two days in jail, with credit for two days served, for violation of a protection order for being near a woman who had a protection order against him on March 4 in East Liverpool.
Jason D. Mullins, 42, North Union Avenue, Salem, was fined $200 and sentenced to 30 days in jail, with 10 days suspended and credit for three days served, leaving a balance of 17 days to serve in jail for domestic violence, with 30 hours community service ordered. He was ordered to make restitution of $200 and to stay away from the victim. He punched the driver side window of a woman’s vehicle while she was driving and attempting to leave on April 4 in Salem.
A pretrial was set July 29 for Seraphim A. Laws, 24, Pine Street, Leetonia, charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle for allegedly taking a Ford Van on June 9 without authorization of the owner on Pine Street, Leetonia.
Nikolaos Trikilis, 22, Campbell, was fined $750 and and given a suspended 90-day jail term for engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools, with 20 hours community service and an already completed education course ordered. Trikilis responded to an undercover ad on a known prostitution website and arranged for sexual activity with a woman in exchange for $150 to be paid via the Cash App., then drove to East Palestine on Jan. 23 for the meeting with the phone used to make the arrangements in his possession.
Thomas Joseph Duffy, 63, Beaver Falls, Pa., was fined $750 and given a suspended 90-day jail term for engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools,, with 20 hours community service and a now completed education course ordered. Duffy responded to an undercover ad on a known prostitution website of two women and arranged for sexual activity with them in exchange for $140, then traveled to East Palestine on Jan. 29 for the meeting with the phone used to make the arrangements in his possession.
A pretrial was set June 22 for Ricardo Gonzalez Jr., 36, Canton, charged with obstructing official business, two counts of resisting arrest, operating a vehicle impaired second offense, OVI breath second offense and driving under suspension. During a traffic stop, he allegedly ran from the vehicle on June 9 in Salem, through yards and over fences and when confronted and told to stop he refused, ran and jumped off of a balcony and was tased by a police officer. On May 23 in Columbiana, an officer saw him at a known drug house and was aware he had active warrants through the Adult Parole Authority, but when approached, he said his name was not Ricardo several times, then attempted to flee on foot and fought the officer and escaped between houses. The traffic charges stem from a traffic stop in Rogers in April.
Matthew J. Campbell, 43, Youngstown, was fined $200 for disorderly conduct amended from telecommunications harassment, with another charge of telecommunications harassment dismissed. Campbell was sending multiple text messages and phone calls to a woman even after she said not to contact her on Aug. 21, 2025 in Salem.
Ariel L. Durham, 37, Duck Creek Road, Salem, was fined $450 and sentenced to six days in jail, with credit for six days served for three counts of criminal trespass. She trespassed at a Salem property on June 3 after previously being trespassed from the property. She also trespassed on May 1 on the grounds of a Salem property she had been trespassed from previously. Police responded to a call about a prowler and learned she was banging on the door and woke up the whole family, then walked to a neighbors and was using a swing. She was then seen walking around the back of the Salem property. On May 9, she trespassed at Speedway in Salem.
A pretrial was set Aug. 19 on Jennifer M. Brooks, 44, South Arch Avenue, Alliance, charged with theft for allegedly stealing $39 worth of items from Duchess, U.S. 62, Knox Township, where she was working, leaving the store without paying for five packs of cigarettes, three bottles of pop and a frozen drink on April 28.
A pretrial was set June 17 for Kacandra I. Seddon, 45, Lisa Lane, Lisbon, charged with criminal trespass for allegedly trespassing on a Depot Road, Lisbon property on June 10, after she was prohibited from returning to the property due to a still pending trespass incident involving the same property.
A pretrial was set Aug. 24 for Landon Xavier Linville, 18, Thompson Avenue, East Liverpool, charged with theft for allegedly taking bicycles from the back patio of an East Liverpool property on June 7.
A pretrial was set Aug. 11 for Michelle Rae Carosiello, 43, Hillcrest Road, Wellsville, charged with theft for allegedly failing to pay a $23 fare with Tri-County Cab in St. Clair Township after receiving a ride on June 3.
