Sheriff’s Office
— Kacandra Seddon, 45, Lisa Lane, Lisbon, was arrested again for criminal trespass after a deputy was called at 12:14 a.m. Wednesday to a Depot Road, Center Township residence for a trespass incident. The deputy observed Seddon walking down the driveway of the property she had previously been warned not to trespass on. She just had a case in Columbiana County Municipal Court last week that remains pending for criminal trespass at the same property and now she was taken into custody again and taken to jail for the same charge.
— A man on Walnut Grove Lane, Unity Township reported at 7:38 p.m. Tuesday that his neighbor keeps mowing on his property and the water from her above ground swimming pool is running onto his property.
–A deputy was dispatched at 3:28 p.m. Tuesday to Breezeway Mobile Manor, state Route 558, Salem Township, for an assault report. Warrants for assault and aggravated menacing were issued out of Columbiana County Municipal Court on a 39-year-old Columbiana man.
— A woman on U.S. Route 30, West Township reported at 3:20 p.m. Tuesday that she had a package stolen from her front porch on May 14 totaling $28.94 and two packages stolen on June 1 totaling $26.20 for a total of $55.14. The packages were delivered by UPS.
— A deputy was dispatched at 9:35 p.m. Monday to Clarks Mill Road, Washington Township for a reported assault. The deputy spoke to both parties involved and found everything was verbal. A refusal form was signed by the complainant and the other person was told to leave the property.
— A menacing complaint was reported at 8:49 p.m. Monday by a Stephen Drive, West Township resident.
— Telecommunication harassment was reported at 10:07 p.m. Sunday by a Salem Township resident on Salem Unity Road.
Highway Patrol
— Dawn Gotschall, 38, Lewis Road, Salineville, was cited for reasonable control after her southbound vehicle traveled off of the right side of state Route 644 and struck a guardrail, then continued south and traveled off the left side of the road at 10:42 p.m. June 2 in Summitville. No injuries were reported.
— Johnathan M. Simpson, 21, Lisbon Street, Leetonia, suffered a suspected serious injury and was transported by Leetonia Fire/EMS to St. Elizabeth Hospital in Youngstown after his westbound vehicle on Butcher Road ran a stop sign at Lisbon Road, traveled off of the road and struck a traffic sign at 8:36 p.m. June 2 in Salem Township. Simpson was cited for reasonable control and operating a vehicle impaired.
