— Joseph R. Bradford, 48, Main Street, Salem, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 135 days suspended and credit for 45 days served, leaving zero to serve after pleading guilty to attempted possession of drugs, a misdemeanor. He was originally charged with fifth-degree felony possession of drugs for possessing buprenorphine on Dec. 23, 2023.

— Glenn E. Collins, 44, Longs Church Road, East Liverpool, received a suspended 180-day jail term and was placed under community control for 18 months after pleading guilty to attempted aggravated possession of drugs and attempted possession of drugs, both misdemeanors. He was originally charged for fifth-degree felonies of aggravated possession of drugs and possession of drugs for possessing methamphetamine and buprenorphine on Aug. 2, 2023.

— Dorian Lowrey, 51, Enon Valley, Pa., pleaded guilty to fourth-degree felony domestic violence, fifth-degree felony violation of a protection order and misdemeanors of aggravated menacing and criminal trespass, with sentencing set for June 18. Another charge of violation of a protection order was dismissed. On Aug. 20, 2025, he was accused of throwing a cell phone at a woman who had an active protection order against him, striking her in the mouth while on the property he’s prohibited from visiting. He also was accused of trespassing on another property in New Waterford and threatening to assault a man, also on Aug. 20, 2025.

— Pamela Risbeck, 50, Trinity Church Road, Lisbon, was placed under community control for three years and ordered to serve a term at the Eastern Ohio Correction Center until the program is complete for possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony. She received credit for 144 days served in jail. She possessed cocaine on Oct. 20, 2021.

— David S. Durbin, 52, Duke Road, East Liverpool, pleaded guilty to fifth-degree felony aggravated possession of drugs, amended from a third-degree felony, and third-degree felony having weapons while under disability, with sentencing set for June 18. Durbin was originally accused of allegedly possessing methamphetamine in an amount equal or greater than bulk but less than five times bulk on March 8, 2025. During the execution of a search warrant with the police and housing department in East Liverpool at his residence, officers found a loaded .22-caliber handgun in the bedroom in plain view. Durbin was prohibited from having a weapon due to the drug indictment.
