— A man from Eagleton Road, Lisbon reported at 1:26 p.m. Tuesday that his wife assaulted him again.
— A domestic dispute was reported at 11:50 a.m. Tuesday on Y Camp Road, Madison Township.
— K-9 Diva and her handler Deputy Luke Skidmore were deployed at 10:41 a.m. Tuesday to assist East Liverpool Police for a vehicle check. She alerted and indicated to the odor of narcotics on both the driver side and passenger side. The report said suspected crack was recovered from the suspect’s pocket and a pipe was located inside the vehicle.
— A domestic dispute was reported at 9:54 a.m. Tuesday on state Route 45, Lisbon at McDonald’s where a man said he was assaulted by his girlfriend and she locked herself in the vehicle.
— A woman on Sandy Creek Road, Minerva reported at 8:20 a.m. Tuesday that her neighbor’s cows are constantly getting out, coming onto her property and causing damage. Contact was made with the neighbor who said he would work on fixing the issue.
— A possible prowler was reported at 3:42 a.m. Tuesday on Seigler Road, Lisbon. Deputies checked the exterior of the premises and made contact with the resident, also checking the inside and finding it secure.
–A deputy was dispatched at 7:57 p.m. Sunday to Neeld Road, Unity Township for a man who was suicidal and wanted to go to a hospital for voluntary admission. He was transported to St. Elizabeth in Youngstown.
— Trespassing was reported at 5:47 p.m. Sunday on Hibbetts Mill Road, Yellow Creek Township, but the subjects left while a deputy was en route.
— An alarm was reported at 1:06 p.m. April 12 at Carmel Achor Road, Union Ridge Baptist Church, Rogers. Doors were checked and everything was okay.
— A caller at 11:28 a.m. April 12 reported multiple vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed and not stopping at the stop sign on Walnut Ridge Road, Salineville.
— A caller at 9:31 a.m. April 12 reported hearing multiple shots close to the residence on Hartley Road, Salem.
— A stolen vehicle, a 4-runner, was reported at 12:49 p.m. April 11 on state Route 517, Lisbon.
— A man from Salem Grange Road, Salem called at 9:26 a.m. April 11 to ask about a case of fraud by a woman who used his social security number to open an account that’s now in collections. The incident occurred in 2023.
— An assault was reported at 2:09 a.m. April 11 on Sherwood Road, Yellow Creek Township of a woman by a man. The woman refused medical transport by EMS. A report was on file for the prosecutor’s office.
— K-9 Diva and her handler, Deputy Luke Skidmore, were requested at 1:59 a.m. April 11 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol to assist on a traffic stop on East Chestnut Street, Lisbon.
— A welfare check was requested at 3:13 p.m. April 10 on Ridgeview Drive, Hanoverton for a woman who did not pick up a child from school and wasn’t answering the phone. Contact was made with the woman and she was ok and already contacted the caller.
— A caller at 2:26 p.m. April 10 reported two new shower doors that were sitting outside a Bayard Road, Minerva property were damaged, with a broken broom stick lying next to the damaged doors.
–An employee of Crestview Elementary School reported at 3 p.m. April 10 that her vehicle damaged by a stone thrown from a mower while parked at the school.
— A man on Speidel Road, Hanover Township reported at 6:15 p.m. Tuesday that his neighbor on Randel Road was putting in an irrigation system on his property and he feels this will mess up his leach lines. He was told to contact an attorney.
— A man on Rochester Road, West Township called at 12:59 p.m. Tuesday to request a welfare check on a family member on Georgetown Damascus Road, Knox Township due to being unable to make contact with her. A deputy spoke with a family member, who said the woman was unable to speak with a deputy due to health issues.
— A woman from Akron called at 2:04 p.m. Thursday to report her 92-year-old relative from Madison Township needs her driver’s license revoked. She was told the process.
— A woman on Neeld Road, Unity Township reported at 2:06 p.m. Thursday that her neighbor’s donkey was loose and on her property again.
— An anonymous caller at 7:08 p.m. Wednesday reported the location of a wanted man. Robert T. Manypenny, 43, state Route 164, Lisbon, was found at his residence and taken into custody and taken to jail. He was served with a secret indictment for fifth-degree felony possession of a fentanyl-related compound and misdemeanor possession of drugs for allegedly possessing fentanyl and xylazine on Oct. 4, 2023.
— A man who was refusing to return a Sell Road, Center Township woman’s vehicle on Wednesday told a deputy who contacted him via phone that he would be returning the truck Thursday morning.
Liverpool Township
— Jena Smith, age and address not provided, was issued a citation and a court date for an expired registration during an April 5 traffic stop on Parkway Avenue.
— A female called police on April 5 to say she struck a mailbox on Parkway Avenue somewhere between Country Club and Thompson Park and she continued driving to church. She said her son picked the car up and drove it around to make sure it was safe for her to drive home later and then left the car at Walmart. The officer found the residence with the damage mailbox and told the resident what happened, then went to the church to speak with the female and get her identification and insurance information before going to Walmart to get photos of the car. She was then told what she needs to do to get a copy of the report and information was given to CCSO dispatch.
— Jeff Meredith,age and address not provided, was issued citations and a court date for his headlight being out and no license during an April 6 traffic stop on state Route 7. A licensed driver picked up the vehicle.
— Da Neil Undray Prentice, age and address not provided, was given a verbal warning for driving after smoking marijuana after doing field tests where he didn’t show many signs of impairment and a citation and court date for expired plates during an April 7 traffic stop on Armstrong Lane. The vehicle was towed by First Class Towing.
— James McCoy, age and address not provided, was issued a citation for no license during an April 9 traffic stop on state Route 7. A licensed female passenger drove the vehicle from the stop.
— Aaron Liddick was issued a citation for driving under suspension during an April 9 traffic stop on Campground Road. Liddick was told a license driver would need to come get the vehicle or it would be impounded so, he had his mother come get him and the vehicle.
