— Tyler Blackey, of Austintown, for speeding.
— Kevin Nelles, of Mingo Junction, for speeding.
— Brandon Eastek, of Leetonia, for speeding.
— Jennifer Wells, of Chester, for expired registration and driving while license suspended.
— Dennis Christman, of Ohiopyle, Pa., for speeding.
— Mark Scheuch, of Grafton, WV, for speeding.

Sheriff’s Office
— A man reported at 12:28 a.m. Friday that his adult son left his home at 3 p.m. in his vehicle, not taking his phone or any other items with him. He was concerned for his son’s welfare because he has never left before. It was explained that a missing person report could not be taken due to his son leaving willingly and that there was not any threat of immediate danger. It was also explained that a Be On the Lookout (BOLO) will be sent out for a check on well-being if the person is located.
— A deputy returned a call at 6:46 p.m. Thursday to a Fairfield Township resident regarding a juvenile-related issue. The deputy spoke with the juvenile’s father and advised him how to proceed.
— A resident on Hillcrest Road, Yellow Creek Township reported at 1:52 p.m. Thursday that she’s being harassed by test messages. Warrants were issued out of Columbiana County Municipal Court for telecommunications harassment and aggravated menacing for a Youngstown woman.
— A deputy responded at 5:20 p.m. Monday to Grafton Road, Salem Township for a domestic and spoke with both parties. The one party did not want to pursue charges and a refusal was signed. The other party was transported to a hospital due to mental health issues.
