LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a preliminary hearing was set March 30 for Beau M. McGuire, 48, Gavers Road, Hanoverton, charged with felonious assault, a second-degree felony, and strangulation, a third-degree felony, for allegedly grabbing another man by the neck and choking him during an altercation on March 22 in Hanover Township. The victim appeared to have bite marks on his left thumb and scratches on his neck.

A preliminary/pretrial hearing was set March 30 for Anthony R. Powell, 34, Riverside Avenue, Wellsville, charged with fourth-degree felony assault on a police officer and misdemeanors of resisting arrest, reasonable control, no seat belt and reckless operation. When a deputy responded to a motor vehicle crash on Old Irondale Road in Yellow Creek Township on March 22, Powell was the driver and was refusing to exit the vehicle. When a deputy was attempting to remove him, he resisted and struck and kicked the deputy.

A preliminary hearing was set March 30 for Robert K. Barrett, 41, West Ninth Street, East Liverpool, charged with second-degree felony burglary and fifth-degree felony possessing criminal tools for allegedly trespassing in an occupied structure when a person was present on March 20 in East Liverpool and had a screwdriver in his possession.

A court trial was set May 18 for Claire A. Randall, 30, Pinetta, Fla., charged with two counts of assault for allegedly shoving a woman, causing her to fall on July 29 in Salem.

A pretrial was set April 6 for Wade Allen Lovett, 21, Echo Dell Road, East Liverpool, charged with domestic violence for allegedly punching a woman in the face on March 22 in St. Clair Township.

Kristina L. Williamson, 35, Strawberry Lane, East Liverpool, was fined $100 and sentenced to 30 days in jail, with 20 days suspended and credit for 10 days served, for assault. She was ordered to stay away from the victim. She was accused of striking another woman with her car on March 21, 2025 in East Liverpool. She was originally charged with felonious assault, a second-degree felony, but the grand jury issued the indictment for misdemeanor assault, with the case sent back to county Municipal Court.

Christopher S. Depew, 35, Price Street, East Liverpool, was fined 350 and given a suspended 60-day jail term for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence and for criminal damaging. He was ordered to complete 20 hours community service. He was accused of pushing a woman and breaking her television in East Liverpool on Sept. 26, 2024.

Jada Cheri Pack, 39, Erie Street, East Liverpool, was fined $1,050 for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence, a tinted glass violation and two counts of driving under suspension. Pack was accused of yelling at another woman, grabbing her by the hair and pulling it and punching her in the right side of the face on Dec. 20, 2025 in East Liverpool.

A pretrial was set June 3 for Kily Wright, 25, Pennsylvania Avenue. East Liverpool, charged with endangering children for allegedly putting a child at risk on Feb. 27 in East Liverpool when the 4-year-old child ingested two THC gummies and became unresponsive while Wright was asleep.

A pretrial was set June 1 for Darrien J. Greenlee, 32, North Market Street, Lisbon, charged with public indecency expose private parts for allegedly exposing her private parts to another woman and two young children by pulling her sweatpants and underwear to her ankles and back to her waist two times in Lisbon on March 20.

Zachary C. Willis, 32, state Route 45, Lisbon, was fined $150 for disorderly conduct amended from violation of a protection order for violating a protection order by being near a protected person on Oct. 6 in Lisbon.

Christopher Henderson, 39, Grant Street, Lisbon, was sentenced to nine days in jail, with credit for nine days already served, leaving no time to serve for obstructing official business. Henderson provided a false name to a deputy answering a call for one to be removed from a Center Township property on March 15. He was found to have an active warrant out of Alabama for failure to register as a sex offender.

Jose Diaz, 43, Alliance, was fined $200 and sentenced to 30 days in jail, with credit for 30 days already served, leaving no time to serve for violation of a protection order. He was accused of violating a protection order by going to a parking lot behind the protected person’s residence on Feb. 22 in Salem.

Joshua Michael Fortunato, 23, last known address Wilbert Avenue, East Liverpool, was fined $150 and given a suspended 30-day jail term for menacing. He was ordered to complete 10 hours community service and to have no contact with the victims. Fortunato was accused of threatening to beat a woman on Oct. 11, 2024 in East Liverpool.

Blaise Albert Lamatrice, 33, last known address Wintersville, was fined $250 and given a suspended 90-day jail term for possessing criminal tools. A charge of engaging in prostitution was dismissed. He already completed a prostitution prevention course. Lamamtrice was accused of originally responding to an undercover ad on a known prostitution website and arranging for sexual activity with women in exchange for $140, then traveling to East Palestine on Oct. 3, 2025 for the meeting with the phone used to make the arrangements in his possession.

Ryan James McKenzie, 50, West Newton, Pa., was fined $750 and received a suspended 90-day jail term for engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools. He was ordered to complete 20 hours community service and a course was already completed. He was accused of responding to an undercover ad on a known prostitution website and arranging for sexual activity with two women in the ad, then drove through a snow storm on Dec. 31, 2025 for the meeting in East Palestine with the phone used to make the arrangements in his possession.

Michael P. Collins, 70, Pittsburgh, Pa., was fined $300 and sentenced to five days in jail, with credit for two days served, leaving a balance of three days to serve in jail for weapons while intoxicated. He was ordered to forfeit a Ruger .380-caliber handgun to the East Liverpool Police Department to be destroyed. On March 21 in East Liverpool, Collins had a loaded gun in his possession while intoxicated.

A pretrial was set May 27 for Joshua Vance Baisden, 43, Fresno, charged with engaging in prostitution, possessing criminal tools and drug paraphernalia for allegedly responded to an undercover ad on a known prostitution website and arranging to have unprotected sex with a woman for two hours in exchange for $280 and then traveling to East Palestine on March 21 for the meeting with the phone used to make the arrangements and a meth pipe in his possession.

Drew Kameron Browne, 26, Whippoorwill Avenue, Hanoverton, was fined $400 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, with credit for 10 days served, leaving no time to serve for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and failure to comply for taking a truck and not returning it on Feb. 28 from Fairfield Township without the consent of the owner, stopping all communication with the owner after demands were made for him to return the truck. He later fled from a Center Township property into the woods where he was found and placed under arrest.

Christopher J. Halfhill, 29, 14th Street, Wellsville, was fined $500 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, with 78 days suspended and credit for 12 days served for criminal trespass and two counts of theft. Another count of theft was dismissed. He was ordered to complete 20 hours community service and stay away from the victim and from Speedway gas station in Salem. Halfhill was accused of trespassing on a man’s porch in Wellsville and taking a plastic ashtray on Nov. 26, 2025. On Nov. 19, 2025, he stole cigarettes from the same porch, along with a glass ashtray. On Oct. 22, 2025 in Salem, he stole a soft drink from Speedway in Salem.
