— An officer searched the area of West Fifth Street on March 11 for a semi-truck reported to be stuck under a bridge.
— Officers investigated a complaint of the odor of crack cooking at Fawcett Apartments on March 11.
— Jerimee Csonka, 47, address not provided, was arrested on an outstanding warrant during a March 11 traffic stop on West Fifth Street.
— Wendell Powell, 46, address not provided, was arrested and charged with tampering with evidence and issued a citation for one headlight during a March 11 traffic stop on state Route 11. According to the police report, when the officer approached the vehicle, he discovered Powell had his pants down to the middle of his thighs. The officer observed multiple torch lighters next to an unknown powder in a baggie in plain view on the passenger seat. The officer took the suspected narcotics from the seat and put them in an evidence bag and asked Powell to step out of the car. The officer observed Powell pushing something further up his groin area in what appeared to be an attempt to conceal something. Powell was told by the officer multiple times to stop trying to tuck the item. As Powell stepped from the vehicle, a burnt glass pipe fell from inside his pants. Wendell then stomped the pipe, destroying evidence. The powder substance was sent to BCI for testing. Further charges are pending.
— Officers investigated a custody and theft issue at a Pennsylvania Avenue residence on March 11. Officers spoke with a male who had left and going to his Holiday Street residence, who told them that his ex-girlfriend had stolen a phone but returned it when he wasn’t home and left their children home alone for an extended amount of time. The female said the two of them had a verbal altercation and the male was watching the children while she worked and only learned that he left when the police told her.
— A driver was issued a warning for no taillights during a March 11 traffic stop on Dresden Avenue. The driver was able to get the lights working during the stop.
— A Jackman Street resident told officers who were investigating a stolen/missing package on March 11 that he received his neighbor’s package and he returned it to her and that he ordered a package that was delivered to her address at the bottom of the steps. The neighbor told officers she had not seen or touched the package. Officers viewed cameras in the area, but none showed what happened to the package after Amazon delivered it.
— Officers investigated a burglary alarm at the New Castle School of Trades on March 11. They spoke with a representative from the school who said it was an accidental activation.
— An officer was requested at the East Liverpool City Hospital for the removal of a female from the ER lobby on March 11. After being told she needed to get her things and leave, the female went outside to sit on a bench.
— A female called the department on March 11 regarding her ex who she has a protection order to report that he had the utilities shut off to the residence they shared prior to their separation.
— An officer searched an area of state Route for a vehicle reported by the Columbiana County Drug Task Force to be coming into East Liverpool on March 11.
— An officer spoke with a female at the Broadway Wharf who was having medical problems on March 11 and wanted to speak with an officer. The female said she just broke up with her boyfriend and was having suicidal thoughts and said yes when the officer asked if she wanted to talk to a counselor or go to the hospital. The woman was transported to East Liverpool City Hospital.

— Brandon Barton, age and address not provided, was issued a citation and court date for expired tags during a March 8 traffic stop on Lisbon Street.
— Kayla Roberts, age and address not provided, was issued a citation for speed of 73 mph in a 55 mph zone during a March 9 traffic stop on state Route 7.
— Michelle Walker, age and address not provided, was issued a citation for assured clear distance and mandatory court date after she hit another car causing a three-car accident on March 14 on state Route 7.
— Ashley Martin, age and address not provided, was issued a citation and court date for expired plates during a March 15 traffic stop on Parkway Avenue.
— Autumn Growe, age and address not provided, was issued citations for having little/no plate light and expired plates during a March 16 traffic stop on state Route 7.
— James Platz was charged with theft and a warrant was issued for his arrest on March 11 after allegedly concealing a beer and leaving Walmart without paying for it.
— A driver was issued a verbal warning for no visible registration during a March 11 traffic stop on Calcutta Smith Ferry Road. During the stop the officer was able to see the vehicle did have the registration but was too dirty to read.
