— Scott Shreve, 37, address not provided, was placed under arrest for outstanding warrants on Jan. 27 after a Price Street resident reported a male inside a vehicle parked in front of his residence for several hours and requested an officer to come check on him. Upon the officer’s arrival he identified the male and found out he had warrants. The vehicle was towed by First Class Towing.

— An unnamed male was issued a citation and a court date for failure to control after officers responded to a two-vehicle crash on Jan. 27 on Anderson Street. One of the parties involved was transported to ELCH by Lifetime after reporting stiffness and pain in his neck, back and legs. The male had been shoveling snow from around his vehicle When the driver of the other vehicle hit his truck and knocked him over.

— Richard Dowling was issued a citation and court date for a marked lanes violation following a Feb. 2 traffic stop on Payne Road. He was also issued a verbal warning for an expired sticker.
