LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a pretrial was set Feb. 2 for Devontay J. Bickley, 24, Lisbon Street, East Liverpool, charged with assault for allegedly grabbing a woman by the throat and pushing her to the ground, then trying to punch her multiple times during an incident on Dec. 17, 2025 at a residence on Steubenville Pike Road, Lisbon.
A pretrial was set March 31 for Lamorris Bernard Lowman, 37, Industry, Pa., charged with engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools for allegedly responding to an undercover ad on a known prostitution website and arranging for sexual activity with a woman in exchange for money, then arriving in East Palestine for the meeting on Dec. 23, 2025 with money and the phone used to make the arrangements. The affidavit from an agent with the Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force said Lowman was driving a work van with a mentally disabled client in the rear of the van. He said he was going to leave the man in the vehicle while he was inside the “female’s” house.
A pretrial was set March 31 for Douglas John Mariani, 61, Cranberry Township, Pa., charged with engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools for allegedly responding to an undercover ad on a known prostitution website of two women and arranging for sexual activity with them for $140, then traveling to East Palestine on Dec. 26 for the meeting with the phone used to make the arrangements in his possession.
A pretrial was set April 6 for Tiffany B. Michalak, 44, Boardman, charged with obstructing official business, resisting arrest and failure to disclose one’s personal information for allegedly refusing to exit a stopped vehicle from the passenger side multiple times and pulling her arm away from Columbiana Police officers after they forcefully pulled her out on Jan. 22 in Columbiana during a traffic stop. She also refused to identify herself.
Gregory Perry Rock, 50, Idaho Avenue, Salem, was fined $250 for speeding and drug paraphernalia. Rock possessed a glass pipe with burnt white residue during a traffic stop on Jan. 10 in Perry Township.
A pretrial was set April 1 for Daniel T. Winter, 46, Canal Fulton, charged with driving under suspension and possession of drug abuse instrument for allegedly possessing a syringe during a traffic stop on Jan. 22 in Salem.
A pretrial was set April 6 for Tyler Dean Shirley, 19, Union Avenue SE, Minerva, charged with operating a vehicle impaired first offense, reasonable control and no seat belt.
A pretrial was set April 14 for Arianna Nichole Carroll, 23, East State Street, Salem, charged with OVI first offense and reasonable control.
A pretrial was set March 31 for Payden Dawn Chapman, 29, Thomas Road, Lisbon, charged with driving while texting.
A pretrial was set April 6 for Andrew Parry, 35, Orchard Grove Avenue, East Liverpool, charged with driving under suspension.
William Joseph Weikart, 72, Lodge Road, Leetonia, was fined $75 for a stopped school bus violation.
Angela Renea Andrews, 54, North Pleasant Drive, East Palestine, was fined $75 for expired license.
Timmy Ray Young, 46, Carmel Anchor Road, Rogers, was fined $50 for reasonable control.
Sonny Faulk, 28, East Main Street, East Palestine, was fined $150 for driving under suspension.

LISBON — A woman accused of driving a man to five different drug deals for him to sell cocaine entered a guilty plea recently in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court.
Breanna Shreve, 28, Warren, pleaded guilty to five counts of complicity in the commission of an offense, a fourth-degree felony, with a specification for forfeiture of money from a drug case. Sentencing was set for June 26.
Shreve was accused of driving the man to pre-arranged drug deals when he sold cocaine on Dec. 1, 2023, Jan. 10, 2024, Jan. 18, 2024, Jan. 25, 2024 and Feb. 1, 2024 and she was accused of possessing $660.
Also in Common Pleas Court:
— Jason S. McBroom, 43, Kent, pleaded guilty to counterfeiting, a fourth-degree felony, with sentencing set for April 2. The countefeiting incident occurred on Nov. 16, 2024.
