Burpos II, 35, East Sixth Street, Salem, was served Wednesday with a secret indictment issued by the Columbiana County Grand Jury for aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony, for allegedly possessing methamphetamine in an amount equal or greater than bulk but less than five times bulk on May 13, 2025.
