-- A deputy responded at 1:13 p.m. Wednesday to the American Legion, Parkway Avenue, East Liverpool and assisted a person having a medical emergency, standing by until EMS arrived. EMS arrived and took over the scene, transporting the person to a hospital.
-- Deputies were dispatched at 6:08 a.m. Tuesday to a domestic violence situation on Walnut Street, Rogers, where the victim reported being assaulted by two people. Both Arrianna E. Gutierrez, 21, Walnut Street, Rogers, and Lance James Bishop, 19, Walnut Street, Rogers, were each charged with domestic violence and taken to the Columbiana County jail. Both appeared in county Municipal Court Wednesday and will face future pretrials.

--Officers checked on a vehicle reported in the middle of the roadway on Stagecoach Road on Jan. 19. The vehicle appeared to have slid off an icy driveway. Officers spoke to the owner who was able to get the vehicle back in the driveway.
--Officers checking on a vehicle reported to be off the road in the trees on Calcutta Smith Ferry Road on Jan. 19 found the vehicle had slid off the road and there were no injuries to occupants or damage to the vehicle. Officers called Calcutta Towing which assisted the driver back onto the road.
--Officers found the VA Clinic to be secure after responding to an alarm on Jan. 19.
--An officer searched the area of routes 11 and 267 for a reckless driver reported on Jan. 20.
--An officer was requested at Walmart on Jan. 21 by a manager who wanted to speak about an employee who was a no-call, no-show for work. The manager told the officer the employee said he was in jail on the day he did not report to work. The officer confirmed that.
--An officer searched for an area of state Route 170 near Duke Road on Jan. 21 for a deer that was reported to be in the roadway.
--An officer spoke with a Bloomfield Avenue resident on Jan. 22 who wanted to file a theft report for his work uniforms he put in a tote at the end of his driveway to be picked up and cleaned that were taken by someone. The resident said the uniforms were worth about $600-$700. The officer advised the resident to make arrangements for his work clothes to be picked up elsewhere and not put them out by the garbage at the end of the driveway. A report was filed.
--Officers checked Dresden Avenue on Jan. 22 after receiving an automatic crash alert but did not find anything.
--An officer attempted to contact the dog warden after attempting to contact the owner of two dogs tied up outside, visibly freezing with nonstop barking, at a Hill Road residence on Jan. 23. The officer left a note for the owner to call the police department.
--Officers spoke on Jan. 24 with a male at Sheetz who said he was concerned for his welfare, that he just didn't feel right and feels people may be after him or watching him. The officers asked if he needed to talk to anyone and said no. His girlfriend was on her way to pick him up. Officers cleared after the girlfriend arrived and got him.
--A driver was given a warning for driving without lights during a Jan. 24 traffic stop on state Route 11.
--Officers found Dollar General to be secure after responding to a second alarm on Jan. 24. Officers waited for a possible keyholder, but none showed up.
--Officers found a residential alarm to be set off by accident when checking a Sprucevale Road residence on Jan. 24.
--An officer responded to a report of suspicious activity on Jan. 25 spoke to a female at a Summit Drive Apartment who said that someone was standing by her vehicle. The officer checked the area and then told the resident that there was no one by her car or in the area, but they would do extra checks.
