LISBON — A Wellsville man accused of stealing a woman’s credit card, using it and messing with her CPAP equipment was sentenced to 10 days in the Columbiana County jail.
Andrew Erwin Martin, 50, Hammondsville Road, appeared for sentencing recently in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court on charges of third-degree felony burglary, fifth-degree felony theft, two counts of misdemeanor misuse of credit cards and misdemeanor criminal mischief. He was placed under community control for three years and ordered to make restitution of $2,612.
He was accused of illegally entering a property and stealing a woman’s credit card on Sept. 16, 2024 in Wellsville and then using the stolen credit card to make purchases at Milligan Hardware in East Liverpool for more than $300 and at Ace Hardware in Calcutta for more than $787. He also tampered with the woman’s Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) system.

— Wiley M. Bates, 42, East Lincoln Way, Lisbon, was sentenced to nine months in prison for grand theft of a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony, for stealing another man’s vehicle on March 15, 2024. The prison term was ordered to be served at the same time as any sentence he’s already serving. According to the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections, he’s been serving a sentence from Shelby County since August 2024 and is scheduled to be released in early 2026 for attempted failure to comply and receiving stolen property.
— Christopher A. Little, 48, East Main Street, New Waterford, was placed on a treatment plan for three years after pleading guilty to possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony, for possessing cocaine on Dec. 15, 2022.
— Bobbi Jo Wilson, 26, Meadowbrook Circle, East Liverpool, was ordered to serve 300 days in the county jail, with credit for 215 days served, leaving a balance of 85 days still to serve in jail for violating the terms of her probation in two different criminal cases. Her community control was dishonorably terminated. In one case, Wilson was charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, with a specification for forfeiture of money from a drug case for possessing methamphetamine and $1,116 on April 7, 2021. In the other case, she was charged with illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto the grounds of a specified governmental facility, a third-degree felony, and aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, for possessing methamphetamine and trying to take drugs into a detention facility on March 29, 2021.
— Randy H. Minor, 62, Irondale, was sentenced to community control until Oct. 20, 2026 after being found in violation of the terms of his intervention plan for possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony. His intervention plan was dishonorably terminated. Minor possessed cocaine on Dec. 16, 2021.
