Sheriff Reports

— A deputy was dispatched at 8:59 p.m. Tuesday to the area of state Route 517, Elkrun Township for a suspicious vehicle. The immediate and surrounding areas were checked, with the vehicle not found.

— A deputy responded at 11:31 p.m. Monday to DP Fuel, state Route 7, Fairfield Township for a medical call. EMS personnel advised they could not transport the person to the hospital the person requested. A deputy spoke with a supervisor and received permission to give the person a courtesy ride to the hospital and took them.

— Neighbor issues were reported at 5:19 p.m. Sunday on Bye Road, Middleton Township. A deputy spoke to the caller and advised them how to proceed.

— An open 911 line was reported at 5:01 p.m. Sunday on Smith Road, Middleton Township, with a deputy making contact with the homeowner and learning it was an accident.

— A deputy returned a call at 3:05 p.m. Sept. 24 regarding a civil matter on Steubenville Pike Road, Center Township and advised the person how to proceed.
