— A deputy was dispatched at 9:43 p.m. Saturday to the area of Depot Road and state Route 172, Hanover Township, for a suspicious call of two people walking southbound in the road. The deputy checked the area, but did not find anyone.

— A deputy stood by at state Route 45 at Saltwell Road, Center Township at 6:54 p.m. Saturday while Lisbon police took a woman into custody after an incident in the village. Lisbon police transported the woman, Ariel Durham, 36, state Route 45, Lisbon, to the county jail. A pretrial was set Nov. 6 for Durham, who’s charged with criminal mischief for allegedly throwing a polar pop on another woman’s Jeep window, causing her to be unable to see on Aug. 23 in Lisbon.

— Deputies were dispatched at 5:20 p.m. Saturday to Main Street, Hanoverton for a domestic violence report. Both parties involved signed a refusal.

— A deputy was dispatched at 3:43 p.m. Saturday to Westville Lake Road, Knox Township, for a property dispute involving a man and his soon-to-be ex-wife. He said she was putting items from inside the residence outside and they had not agreed upon a court order yet. Both were advised to contact an attorney.

— A disturbance was reported at 12:39 a.m. Saturday on Dunn Road, Madison Township, where several persons allegedly arrived at a residence to fight with some of the people who resided there. Deputies arrived and found several vehicles and people on the scene. It was learned that the disturbance stemmed from an assault that happened at the Hookstown Fair in Pennsylvania and a previous altercation which happened the prior week. Deputies spoke to all involved and referred some of them to the Pennsylvania State Police. Criminal refusals were signed for the incident in Columbiana County. Deputies warned that the people were not welcome back on the property and if they did return, charges for trespassing would be filed on them.
