— Deputies were dispatched at 1:15 a.m. Aug. 9 for a person walking in the middle of the roadway on state Route 45 near U.S. Route 30. A man was located who said he was participating in the Buckeye 200 foot race and there were several others doing the same in the area. He said he was not the one deputies were looking for, however, the person they were seeking was transported by race officials due to medical reasons. The man was told he was free to continue.
