— Officers spoke with a male on St. Clair Avenue after receiving a report of two males yelling at each other on July 24. The male told officers the other male brought him from Canton to fix a vehicle and just left there.
— Officers told a person observed to be at the Wharf after hours on July 24 that the Wharf was closed. The person left with no issues.

He told officers a tree service had been doing some work at the end of his street on July 18 and on July 20 he noticed minor damage to his vehicle. The resident said he did not see them do it and his cameras did not catch it, but now the tree service will not return his phone calls.

— Sarah Gutherie (age and address not provided) was issued a citation for driving under suspension following a July 24 traffic stop on Pennsylvania Avenue. The officer allowed her to park her car in the parking lot at Beachwood Hall and advised her if she is caught driving suspended again the car would be towed.
St. Clair Township
— The father of a female who had her purse stolen while at Chipotle on July 24 told officers the female would not press charges if they were able to retrieve her items that were in the purse (credit card and air pods). The credit card was attempted to be used but had no money on it. An officer was able to identify the group of people that were around the purse and discovered they lived in Newell. The Hancock County Sheriff’s department was contacted and asked to make contact with them.
— A driver was issued a warning for only having one working brake light following a July 24 traffic stop on Foulks Drive.
— A female came into the police department to file a complaint against a male for harassment saying he was texting her asking if she had done drugs or been to rehab and calling her a whore accusing her of sleeping with multiple men. Officers asked her if she knew the male personally and she said no she didn’t know him. Officers advised her to block him and if he messaged her further, he would be charged with harassment.
— James Maxey (age and address not provided) was cited for speed and open container after an officer found multiple open containers of alcohol in his vehicle following a July 25 traffic stop on St. Clair Avenue. Maxey was given a field sobriety test which the officer used to determine he had been drinking.
— Officers called North Star to check on a male who was slumped over his steering wheel in his car in the Dunham’s parking lot on July 25. The male told officers he was just sleeping and when they asked him if everything was okay, he told them his chest was hurting, and he was having a hard time breathing. The male refused treatment.
— David Bell (age and address not provided) was issued a citation for an expired registration sticker following a July 25 traffic stop on Columbia Drive.
— An officer conducted a traffic stop on state Route 11 on July 25 after being advised by an East Liverpool officer that he observed a vehicle with an obstructed swerving in front of him. The driver was released with a verbal warning after telling the officer the vehicle he was driving was a rental and has equipment issues that lead to him jumping across the lines when he hits a bump.
