Sheriff’s Office
— A man on Lowmiller Road, West Township, requested deputies at 8:50 p.m. Saturday to remove a female relative who just got out of prison and was living at the residence. Deputies spoke with both parties and the man was advised of the eviction process.
— A loose cow was reported at 8:08 p.m. Saturday in the road in the 4600 block of Depot Road in Butler Township. Deputies were able to get the cow back into its fenced area.
— A woman on Boston Street, Salem Township, reported at 5:01 p.m. Saturday her soon-to-be ex-husband from Youngstown arrived at her residence and put some of her belongings on the property and then left in his vehicle. She has told him multiple times to stay off of the property where she lives with a relative. The relative also said she doesn’t want him on the property. A deputy spoke to him by phone and told him to stay off the property.
— Deputies were dispatched at 3:40 p.m. Saturday to Carmel Achor Road, Middleton Township, for a domestic violence report. A refusal was signed.
— A deputy was dispatched at 6:15 p.m. Friday to the area of the bike trail and the covered bridge on Eagleton Road, Salem Township for found property. The property was transported back to the sheriff’s office for safekeeping.
— A man on Westville Lake Road, Knox Township reported at 6:14 p.m. Friday that he wanted a woman to move out of the other residence on his property that he rents to her. The eviction process was explained to him.
— A deputy was dispatched at 11:57 p.m. July 29 to Wilson Street, Salineville, for a report of a juvenile in a mental health crisis. The person was taken to the hospital for assistance.
— A domestic dispute was reported at 6:55 a.m. July 29 on Carmel Achor Road, Middleton Township where parties were arguing over keys locked in a vehicle. The caller was complaining that she had to go to work and was now late. She claimed the spouse would not help her get into the vehicle after she had locked the keys in the vehicle the night before. She said they shoved one another. The spouse denied any physical confrontation and neither had any obvious marks or injuries. Neither wanted to press charges and a refusal was signed.
Patrol
— Lee Boswell, of New Springfield, was cited at 1:38 p.m. July 30 in Fairfield Township for failure to yield. Boswell was westbound on Heck Road and stopped at its intersection with state Route 7, when he pulled out in front of Brendan Dolan, of Columbiana, and was struck.
— Christopher Rimoldi, of East Palestine, was cited at 1:50 p.m. Aug. 1 in Rogers for failure to maintain an assured clear distance, after striking a vehicle driven by David Noll, of Jeanette, Pa. From behind.
— Pamela Benner, of Kensington, was cited at 11:07 a.m. July 31 in Center Township for failure to obey a traffic control device, after her vehicle was struck on the side by Carli Kriner, of Alliance near the intersection of state Route 45 and Adams Road.
— Jaden Rogers, of Hammond School Road in Wellsville, was cited at 4:54 p.m. July 26 in Yellow Creek Township for failure to obey a traffic control device, after failing to yield to Damian Shaw, of East Main Street in Salineville.
— Conner Lowdermilk, of Carrollton, was cited at 11:36 p.m. July 21 in West Township for failure to control, after driving off the side of Knox School Road while southbound.
