— Two vehicles were involved in crashes on the afternoon of June 27. After exiting his vehicle, it was then struck by Thomas Butch, of Conkle Road in Salem, who did the identical thing. Neither driver was cited to the poor wet road conditions, which caused them to hydroplane.
