-- Officers spoke with a female on May 22 who said she wanted to report harassment by her ex-boyfriend who was calling, texting and stalking her when she was in Lisbon, she was told to tell him to stop, that once told to stop she could pursue criminal charges.
-- While doing nightly routine checks at the wharf on May 23, an officer saw a male by the swing. The officer spoke with the male who said he was just doing his nightly walks and informed him that the wharf is closed from midnight to 6 a.m.
-- Officers spoke to a male in a parking lot on Shady Lane who said a female wouldn't get out of his car on May 23. When officers arrived, the female had already gotten out of the car.
-- A female called the police on May 23 to say that she suspects her neighbor who has hit on her in the past is breaking into her home and that she has just put a camera in her apartment. She did not want an officer to come to her residence because she is trying to catch him.
-- An officer was sent to direct traffic on May 23 at St. Clair and Burrows where an East Liverpool City School district's bus broke down.
-- Ohio State Highway Patrol requested police assistance on May23 on state Route 7. When officers arrived highway patrol had the male placed in custody.
-- A driver was told to attach the license plate to the outside of the vehicle where it could be seen following a May 23 traffic stop on state Route 39 for no visible plate. The driver had the plate in the rear window.
-- An officer was notified by dispatch that a male left the hospital against medical advice with an IV in his arm on May 23. The officer said it was the male's decision to have the IV in his arm or removed.
-- Officers did a welfare check and spoke with a female at a College Street resident on May 23 at the request of her family and reported back to the family.

-- Officers received a call from the parents of an 18-year-old female reporting they hadn't heard from their daughter in several hours on May 24. Officers told parents they would keep an eye out for the daughter, but because she was 18, she could not be entered as missing at that time.

-- Officers responded on May 22 to a residence in the 50500 block of Rodaman Drive for an open line to 911. The homeowner told officers it was a landline that was supposed to be fixed, and the company would be notified again.
-- Kaci O'Neil, 41, address not provided, was arrested on May 22 for an outstanding warrant following a traffic stop on state Route 170.
-- After East Liverpool 911 received several hang up calls at a Duke Road address on May 22, officers went to the location to check the address and saw the trailer was no longer on the property. Officers waited in the area for a short time but did not see or hear any signs of distress.
-- Officers went to Walmart on May 22 to check for a stolen phone possibly located inside a phone kiosk after a male reported his phone being stolen the previous night and using the Find My Phone feature to track it to the kiosk. Officers contacted the owners of the kiosk who virtually unlocked the kiosk and retrieved the stolen phone.
-- Officers made contact on May 22 with a person who had a camper set up behind Walmart. The person said he would move the camper.
-- Eric Pagani, 43, address not provided, was placed under arrest for petty theft on May 22, after officers responded to a report of a male shoplifter at Walmart. Pagani selected one item from the store totaling $34.97 and left the store without paying. He was released with a summons for court.
-- Officers checked the area of McGuffy Drive after a child approximately 9 to 10 years old was reported to be walking in the area on May 23.
-- A residence in the 50400 block of Calcutta Smith Ferry Road was checked and cleared by officers who responded there due to an alarm going off on May 23. The resident told officers she had just arrived home and did not hear an alarm but said yes to officers checking the house.
-- After receiving notification from the Columbiana County Sheriff's Office that a driver who was believed to have narcotics on him ducked them at the gas station in Rogers on May 23. Officers located the vehicle on Sprucevale Drive and conducted a traffic stop. K-9 Noras conducted a free air sniff on the vehicle and alerted positive. The driver said there was nothing illegal in the car. The driver got tense and defensive during a pat down when the officer got close to his behind. The vehicle search was negative of illegal drugs. The driver was given a verbal warning and released.
-- Officers were advised from dispatch on May 24 that Pennsylvania Police were looking for a stolen boat dock possibly located on Y&O Road. Officers drove by the residence and located the possible stolen boat dock in the front yard. Officers contacted Pennsylvania police with the information, and they asked if the officers could make contact with the homeowner. Officers spoke to a female resident and told her to let the homeowner know that Pennsylvania police want to speak to him regarding the boat dock.
-- Officers responded to a Lincoln Street residence on May 24 for a dispute between neighbors in which one neighbor said the other was in violation of a protection order by walking directly across the street from his property to help a neighbor. Police said that it was not a violation. The neighbor then noted that the one with the protection order had put a shop spotlight in the corner of his house and pointed the three spotlights directly at the neighbor's house. Officers told him to take the light down as it was a clear provocation and direct violation of the protection order and that if the lights weren't taken down, he would be arrested for violating the protection order. The lights were taken down.
-- An officer requested on May 24 a warrant be put in place for telecommunications harassment for a female who has repeatedly called the Sheetz Gas Station to discuss her theft from May 4. The manager has told the female she would have to contact customer service to speak to legal and she had nothing further to discuss with her. The female then called the store 15 more times after being told to stop calling.
-- Officers spoke to a female who told them her father had been drinking and yelling at her and her two young children when they arrived at a Clifton Avenue residence for a domestic dispute on May 24. Officers spoke to the father who was intoxicated and wanted his daughter and her children to leave for the night. The daughter agreed and left.
-- Officers cleared state Route 170 of screws that were lying in the roadway on May 24.
-- A male wanting to file a police report in case something happened spoke to officers on May 24 regarding an incident that took place between him and another male who confronted him numerous times trying to start a fight.
