LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a pretrial was set May 19 for William Barker, 39, Irish Ridge Road, East Liverpool, charged with assault for allegedly punching another man multiple times and slamming him on a vehicle on April 25 in Wellsville.
A pretrial was set July 28 for Alonna Adkins, 25, Campground Road, Wellsville, charged with assault for allegedly striking another female inmate at the Columbiana County jail in Lisbon on Sept. 24, 2024 and biting her on the arm.
A pretrial was set July 10 for Brian Buckley, 32, North Market Street, East Palestine, charged with resisting arrest and obstructing official business for allegedly being non-compliant with officers, yelling at them and pacing back and forth during an investigation in East Palestine on May 8 and then resisting when placed under arrest, pulling away and forcing officers to wrestle him to the ground. Once handcuffed he also allegedly tried to flee from officers.
Jason Alan Clevenger, 42, Canfield, was fined $750 and given a suspended 90-day jail term for engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools. He was ordered to complete 20 hours community service and complete a prostitution prevention course. Clevenger requested sexual conduct from an undercover agent for an agreed upon price of $120, then drove to Salem for the meeting with the phone used to make the arrangements in his possession on May 1.
A pretrial was set July 28 for Michael Marsh, 45, Dover, charged with engaging in prostitution, possessing criminal tools and drug paraphernalia for allegedly requesting sexual conduct from an undercover agent for an agreed upon price of $180 and driving to Salem for the meeting May 8 with the phone used to make the arrangements in his possession. He also possessed a blue container with a white crystal substance and a silver tube with a white powder.
Dawson Mayfield, 19, Williams Avenue, East Liverpool, was fined $50 for expired tag, with a probation violation hearing set for May 27 for a drug possession case from 2024.
A pretrial was set July 29 for Vincent Anthony Circelli, 45, Calcutta Smith Ferry Road, East Liverpool, charged with two counts of theft for allegedly stealing trading/gaming cards, with seven items valued at $122 at the Calcutta Walmart on May 2 and then earlier in the day stealing five items valued at $79 from the same store.
Danny Jay Shultz, 28, Cliff Drive, Salem, was fined $1,480 and sentenced to 136 days in jail for failure to comply, obstructing official business, operating a vehicle impaired, driving under suspension, no seat belt and reasonable control. His driver’s license was suspended for two years. On March 2, he fled prior to police arriving on Stewart Road, Salem for a drug overdose with an unresponsive woman and then fled from officers when they tried to make contact with him at the Cliff Drive residence. On Oct. 27, 2024, he fled from police attempting a traffic stop in Salem. The OVI and other traffic counts stemmed from a stop on Nov. 28, 2024 in Salem Township.
A pretrial was set July 28 for Thomas Dennis, 46, Safia Street, East Liverpool, charged with criminal trespass for allegedly trespassing in a condemned house in East Liverpool on May 8.
Carl Gooding, 43, Putnam Street, East Liverpool, was fined $300 and sentenced to 30 days in jail, with credit for 10 days served, leaving a balance of 20 days still to serve in jail for criminal damaging and drug paraphernalia. Gooding threw a rock and broke a car window on Nov. 30, 2024 in East Liverpool. On Nov. 23, 2024 in East Liverpool, he possessed a glass meth pipe.
Kevin Wilson, 42, East Main Street, East Palestine, was fined $100 for nuisances prohibited for having junk on his property on March 31 in East Palestine.
Jamie Anne Rickerd, 37, Blakely Street, East Liverpool, was ordered to serve 60 days in the county jail for violating her probation for a 2023 traffic case for failure to stop after an accident and assured clear distance. The jail time was ordered served consecutive to two criminal cases from 2024 and 2025. In those cases, she was fined $300 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 160 days suspended and credit for 18 days served, leaving a balance of two days to serve in jail for two counts of theft. She was also ordered to complete 40 hours community service and to stay out of East Liverpool Giant Eagle. On Dec. 22, 2024, she stole a candy bar from East Liverpool Giant Eagle and on Dec. 27, 2024, she stole a bottle of vodka from the store.
A pretrial was set July 15 for Brennan Bell, 21, Alliance, charged with operating a vehicle impaired first offense, OVI breath first offense and a stop sign violation.
A pretrial was set July 3 for Larry White, 69, Church Street, New Waterford, charged with OVI second offense, OVI breath second offense and driving under suspension.
A pretrial was set July 29 for William Wildman, 51, Fifth Street, Salem, charged with driving under suspension.
A pretrial was set June 30 for Wilkin Ortiz, 44, state Route 154, Negley, charged with speeding.
A pretrial was set July 15 for Joseph McIntosh, 37, Quaker Church Road, East Rochester, charged with failure to stop after an accident, driving under suspension, reasonable control and no seat belt.
Dustin Beadnell, 42, state Route 164, Salineville, was fined $150 for an equipment violation amended from left of center. A charge of distracted driving was dismissed, with Beadnell completing a distracted driver online course.
Launah Cunningham, 22, Fombell, Pa., was fined $50 for a red light violation.
Melinda Reynolds, 46, East Chestnut Street, Lisbon, was fined $200 for driving under suspension and two lights displayed.
Antwone Hobbs, 31, Cleveland, was fined $100 for no license and reckless operation.
Landon Knight, 18, Reilly Avenue, East Liverpool, was fined $30 for speeding.

LISBON –Jamie Patterson, 24, Malone Road, Salineville, was served Thursday with a secret indictment issued by the Columbiana County Grand Jury for aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly possessing methamphetamine on Jan. 23, 2024.
