— A deputy conducted a traffic stop in the area of Y & O Road in Lisbon, which resulted in an OVI at 3:28 a.m. Monday. The matter was turned over to the highway patrol.

— Charlene Steen, of Beloit, was cited at 5:34 p.m. April 16 in Butler Township for failure to maintain an assured clear distance after rearending a vehicle driven by Michael Hollar, of Louisville, while traveling eastbound on U.S. Route 62 and forcing him into the back of Sarah Miller, of Damascus.
