Columbiana County Sheriff's Office

-- Deputies spoke to a woman who believed there was someone inside of her residence but denied actually seeing anyone inside of it in the 9000 block of Hill Street in Center Township at 2:49 a.m. Thursday.

-- A deputy was dispatched to the 47000 block of Timber Run Street in Unity Township for a welfare check at 7:45 p.m. Wednesday. The deputy spoke with the person, who was fine and with family.

-- At 3:42 p.m. Wednesday, a man in the 6600 block of state Route 45 in Center Township reported that his landlord is telling him and his family they have to leave the residence. The man had the eviction process explained to him.

-- A woman reported people knocking on her windows in the 9000 block of Hill Street in Center Township at 9:49 p.m. Tuesday. A deputy checked the area and did not contact anyone.

-- Deputies assisted Lisbon police on a traffic stop on state Route 164 near Saltwell Road at 7:03 p.m. Tuesday. Two men were arrested on active warrants out of Columbiana County.

-- A deputy was dispatched to the 1000 block of Camelot Drive in Fairfield Township for two horses tied up to a horse trailer at 5:40 p.m. Tuesday. The deputy saw the horses had food and water and were fine.

-- A man reported that his father-in-law is possibly going to make him move out of a residence in the 6700 block of Bye Road in Middleton Township. The man had the eviction process explained to him.

-- At 4:26 p.m. Tuesday, a deputy was dispatched to the 3800 block of Depot Road in Salem Township for cows in the road, but no cows were found.

-- At 2:48 a.m. Monday, deputies were dispatched to the American Legion in Salineville for a report of a woman screaming. Deputies found a vehicle in the back of the building with two people in it. One person had a warrant out of Columbiana County and was arrested and the other person's warrant was outside of the pick-up radius.

-- An injured deer was found in the road in the area of Westville Lake and Georgetown roads in Knox Township and euthanized to prevent any further pain and suffering at 7:27 a.m. Monday.

-- A man reported a suspicious person lurking around in his yard in the 51000 block of Failer Road in Unity Township at 12:22 a.m. Monday. No one was located.

-- A deputy attempted to contact a woman regarding a civil matter in the 46000 block of Grant Street in Rogers at 6:30 a.m. Sunday.

-- At 11:19 a.m. April 26, a deputy was dispatched to the 1600 block of Macklin Road in Unity Township for a possible natural death. The deceased was taken to a local funeral home per the request of the family.

-- An unauthorized use of vehicle report was taken in the 7400 block of Elmwood Drive in Center Township at 10:46 a.m. April 23. An arrest warrant was issued for a Center Township man.

East Liverpool

-- Officers responded a residence in the 100 block of Haywood Street for a call of a deceased 63-year-old female. There was no evidence of foul play on April 18.

-- Officers spoke with a male at the entrance to East Liverpool City Hospital on April 18 at 7:43 p.m. about his ex-wife still attempting to hack into his Google accounts.

-- Officers spoke to a caller on April 18 at 2:49 p.m. who said she had returned home from vacation to find everything taken out of her apartment.

-- Officers picked up a juvenile on a warrant in the 200 block of Blakely Street on April 18 at 9:30 p.m. The juvenile was transported to the Tobin Center.

-- Officers calmed a child down and transported the child to the hospital for an evaluation on April 18 at 7 p.m. after responding to a juvenile complaint in the 400 block of Vine Street.
