LISBON -- In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a pretrial was set May 16 for Douglas Pridemore, 54, Clark Avenue, Wellsville, charged with assault and three counts of theft for allegedly hitting another woman on the back with a metal bar multiple times and grabbing her by the throat and choking her in Wellsville on Feb. 19. On Feb. 22, Pridemore allegedly concealed items totaling $78.25 on his person and took them from the Duke and Duchess store in Columbiana. On March 12, Pridemore allegedly was seen taking a $428 65-inch LG TV past all points of sale and exiting the Calcutta Walmart without paying. On March 14, Pridemore allegedly put a large container of Tide pods, bottle of Old Spice body wash, and two pieces of underwear totaling $54.80 into his backpack at the East Liverpool Dollar General and left the store.

A pretrial was set May 20 for Nathaniel Ford, 22, West Main Street, Salineville, charged with theft, obstructing official business, and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia for allegedly committing theft in Salineville and then running away during a traffic stop after being given several verbal commands to stop on Oct. 25, 2023.

Tyler Woolmaker, 19, Idaho Avenue, East Liverpool, was fined $300 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 172 days suspended and credit for six days served, leaving two days left to serve, for domestic violence for causing physical harm to a woman by punching her in the face and head in East Liverpool on Oct. 29, 2023. Woolmaker was also sentenced to 40 hours of community service.

A pretrial was set July 11 for Jeffrey Jackson, 29, Sunnyside Street, East Liverpool, charged with criminal damaging for allegedly slashing a woman's tire in East Liverpool Thursday.

A pretrial was set July 16 for Bow Yeater, 32, Leavittsburg, charged with engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools for allegedly responding to an undercover ad on a known prostitution website and arranging to have sexual activity in exchange for anything of value, using the cell phone found in his possession to make the arrangements, in East Palestine on Monday.

A pretrial was set July 15 for Christian Henry, 20, Salem Unity Road, Salem, charged with illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a motor vehicle without a valid license, driving under suspension/restriction, violation seat belt law- driver, and tail lights after being found with glass pipes and a digital scale with white powder residue on it, and receipt book with different amounts during a traffic stop in Fairfield Township on Thursday.

A pretrial was set July 15 for Devin Decker, 36, Youngstown, charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to control.

Clayton Gorby, 23, Vale Road, Rogers, was fined $925 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, with 84 days suspended and credit for three days served upon completion of a driver intervention program (DIP), leaving three days left to serve for OVI- first offense and failure to control. Gorby was also ordered to 20 hours of community service and his driver's license was suspended for one year.

Raul Salomon, 48, Fawcett Street, East Liverpool, was fined $925 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, with 86 days suspended and credit for one day served and credit for three days served upon completion of a driver intervention program (DIP), leaving zero days left to serve, for OVI- first offense and failure to control. A charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license was dismissed. Salomon was also ordered to perform 10 hours of community service.

A pretrial was set July 16 for Patricia Myers, 54, state Route 39, Welsville, charged with infestation and screening for allegedly stockpiling garbage and not correcting a cockroach infestation after the garbage service stopped picking up because of a cockroach infestation in the garbage receptacles.

A pretrial was set July 8 for Jamie Rickerd, 36, Seventh Avenue, East Liverpool, charged with failure to stop after an accident and assured clear distance.

A pretrial was set July 23 for Jeanie Marie Schreffler, 39, St. Clair Avenue, East Liverpool, charged with failure to stop after an accident.

A pretrial was set July 8 for Lucille Hudak, 41, state Route 7, Columbiana, charged with expired license.

A pretrial was set for Phillip Devine, 34, Monroe Avenue, Salem, charged with failure to control.

Heather Beech, 46, Plymouth Place, Salem, was fined $100 for driving under suspension.

Mark Skonieczny Jr., 41, Louisville, was fined $125 for driving under suspension and failure to display sticker.

Christopher Sherrell, 30, Steubenville, was fined $100 for stopped school bus.

Christian Vanmeter, 31, Elyria, was fined $100 for suspended operator's license.

Joshua Kennedy, 33, Eldersville, Pa., was fined $1,425 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 160 days suspended, leaving 20 days left to serve, for OVI-first offense, stop sign and endangering children for being found during a traffic stop to be intoxicated with a child unsecured in the back seat. Kennedy was also ordered to perform 20 hours of community service and his driver's license was suspended for one year.

Connor Wilson, 22, Northshore Drive, Beloit, was fined $350 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, with 90 days suspended, leaving zero days left to serve, for failure to stop after an accident, reckless operation, amended from OVI- first offense, and failure to yield right of way.

A pretrial was set for Chad Slagle, 51, Maple Street, Salem, charged with OVI- first offense, OVI refusal with prior within 20 years, and speeding.

Randy Cox, 64, Industry, Pa., was fined $875 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, with 90 days suspended, leaving zero days left to serve, for physical control, amended from OVI first offense. Charges of drug paraphernalia and traffic control devices were dismissed. Cox was also ordered to perform 20 hours of community service and his driver's license was suspended for 180 days.

Christopher Chadwick, 48, Jefferson Street, East Liverpool, was fined $100 for use of unauthorized plate and expired license.

A pretrial was set July 25 for Stonie Sutton-Lydel Dewitt, 28, Winona Road, Salem, charged with driving under suspension and speed.

A pretrial was set July 1 for Justin Davis, 72, Miller Road, Lisbon, for two counts of driving under suspension/license forfeiture, tail lights, and use of unauthorized plate.

A pretrial was set July 11 for Jody Solgot, 52, Struthers, charged with speeding.

Jajuan McKeithen, 49, Youngstown, was fined $200 for failure to reinstate and assured clear distance.
