-- A caller at 12:51 a.m. Saturday reported she believed someone was around her home on state Route 170, Unity Township. A deputy checked the area and did not see any signs of anyone around the woman's property due to seeing no footprints or tire tracks in the snow.
-- An alarm drop was reported at 10:31 p.m. Friday at the Dollar General, U.S. Route 62, Butler Township, but store staff told a deputy it was a false alarm.
-- A woman on Darner Road, Elkrun Township, reported at 1:23 p.m. Friday that she and her husband are divorced and he had until Monday to move out. She said he put the 4-wheeler she was granted in the divorce on a trailer and was planning to leave with it. She tried to call her attorney, but he had not called her back. A deputy told her this was a civil matter and she would need to talk to her attorney. She was also advised to document what items were taken that didn't belong to him per the divorce agreement and when they were taken.
East Liverpool
-- Officers responded to a possible fight in the middle of West 5th Street on Dec. 15 at 3:58 p.m. The officers observed two males yelling back and forth and ordered them to separate. The disagreement was only verbal.
-- A female came to the station on Dec. 15 at 6:58 p.m. to report her 14-year-old daughter as a runaway. After searching a couple of possible locations and not locating her the juvenile was entered into the LEADS System.
-- Officers responded to the post office on Walnut Street on Dec. 15 at 9:54 a.m. for a vandalism report.
-- An officer issued a verbal warning during a traffic stop on Bradshaw Avenue on Dec. 15 at 1:38 p.m. for turn signal violation.
-- An officer spoke to a male on Dec. 15 at 2:55 p.m. who said he hit a deer on the way to the hospital days prior to reporting it. He said he needed to get to the hospital, so he did not call but he wants a report on file.
-- An officer responded on Dec. 15 at 5:36 p.m. to Michigan Avenue for a report of two males going door to door knocking. The males said they were with Direct Energy and had permits to go door to door.
-- Officers were dispatched to a single car crash involving a telephone pole on Rubicon Street on Dec. 15 at 2:42 a.m. The driver, Teryn Fullerton, 28, address not provided, admitted to smoking marijuana earlier and failing field sobriety test was taken into custody for OVI. She was cited of OVI and failure to control. She was issued a court date and released to her sister.
-- An officer responded on Dec. 15 at 7:42 p.m. to Mrs. C's Pizza for an intoxicated female in the lobby. The female had left the premises before officers arrived.
-- Officers responded to an alarm drop at the BP gas station on Dresden Avenue on Dec. 15 at 1:53 a.m. Officers found the location to be secure and nothing out of place.
-- An officer working extra duty at Heights Manor observed on Dec. 15 at 5:06 p.m. observed a vehicle and its occupants known for drug activity enter the property and leave a short later. The officer noted the vehicle had defective exhaust and conducted a traffic stop. The officer requested a K9 unit to do an open-air sniff. After the K9 alerted, officers searched Rick Fisher, age and address not provided, and his passenger. A crack pipe with burnt Chore Boy which shattered when Fisher stood up was found inside Fisher's shoe. Fisher was issued a citation for a loud defective exhaust.
-- A driver was given a verbal warning after being stopped at East Liverpool High School for a registration violation on Dec. 15 at 8:34 p.m.
-- Officers were dispatched on Dec. 15 at 2:13 p.m. to Harvey Avenue for a fight. The officer obtained video footage from the altercation which involved a juvenile. Criminal charges were sent to Juvenile Court.
-- Officers received a phone call from a female on Dec. 15 at 8:07 p.m. reporting her sister as suicidal and walking down Bradshaw Avenue. Officers made contact with the female and asked if she wanted to harm herself and she no, that her sisters were being over dramatic, and she was fine.
-- An officer issued a verbal warning to a driver stopped for expired plates on Jefferson Street on Dec. 15 at 10 a.m.
