-- Officers were advised on Dec. 14 at 4:42 p.m. of a loose dog running around the area of Euturia and Maryland streets. An officer made contact with the owner who advised he would get his dog.
-- Officers responded to the 100 block of West 4th Street on Dec. 14 at 6:48 p.m. where a female reported someone being in her room. The female told officers her window was knocked out. Officers said they would do extra watch around her property.
-- Officers responded to a four-wheeler complaint on Globe Street on Dec. 14 at 10:40 a.m.
-- The driver of a commercial vehicle flagged down on officers on Penn Avenue on Dec. 14 at 3:30 p.m. to report a suspicious red car with two middle aged males he believed engaged in a road rage incident with him.
-- Officers were dispatched on Dec. 14 at 2:26 a.m. to Minerva Street for a report of a suspicious person who was reported to be looking into the neighbors' vehicles.
-- Officers received a complaint on Dec. 14 at 4:30 p.m. of a group of juveniles walking up Maine Boulevard with one of the juveniles carrying a stop sign.
-- A female reported on Dec. 14 at 2:18 p.m. that her car was broken into and medication, a Bluetooth cord and her registration was taken.
-- A juvenile with an outstanding warrant turned herself into the police station on Dec. 14. She was transported to ECCH and then to Tobin Center. The juvenile's mother was notified and told that Juvenile Court would be in touch.
-- The school resource officer at East Liverpool High School was informed of a female juvenile who told staff she was having a mental issue on Dec. 14 at 9:42 a.m. The staff called her father but requested the officer escort the father to the hospital due to the juvenile stating she did not think her dad was going to take her.
-- Officers were dispatched on Dec. 14 at 5:55 p.m. to Laura and Houston avenues for a semi-truck jackknifed and partially stuck in a yard. First Class Towing responded but was unsuccessful. Marlboro Towing was called and got the truck out.
-- An officer took a report on Dec. 14 at 11:09 a.m. about a vehicle being broken into on Princeton Street. The owner reported $10 was taken from the vehicle.
-- An officer conducted a traffic stop for a plate obstruction on West 4th Street on Dec. 14 at 1:27 p.m. The driver was given a verbal warning.
Columbiana County Sheriff's Office
-- Deputies responded at 7:15 .m. Wednesday to Dollar General, state Route 14, Unity Township, for an alarm. The front of the building was found secure, although the second set of doors were open and lights were on inside. One of the managers arrived and the building was checked inside and found secure with no evidence of anyone inside.
-- An alarm was reported at 6:02 p.m. Tuesday at the Spectrum sub station, state Route 45, Salem Township, but all was found secure.
-- A deputy was dispatched at 1:45 p.m. Tuesday to Georgetown Damascus Road, Knox Township, to look for a vehicle that was allegedly involved in a hit/skip in Leetonia.
-- A theft was reported at 3:29 a.m. Jan. 1 at Duke and Duchess gas station, U.S. Route 62, Alliance. An investigation was pending.
