-- Officers were dispatched to the 200 block of Wells Avenue on Dec. 31 at 11:55 a.m. for a report of an altercation that occurred between family members. Richard Woodward, age and address not provided, was charged with domestic violence.
-- Officers were dispatched on Jan. 1 at 5:56 p.m. to the 100 block of Independence Square for potential domestic violence. When officers arrived, they found a female screaming that she had been pepper sprayed. Destinee Davis, age and address not provided, was placed under arrest for domestic violence. Officers contacted Children Services regarding Davis's child being in the house during the incident.

Deputies gathered from the parties that the situation was verbal and there was no evidence of any physical violence or threats between the parties. Deputies provided a courtesy ride to the caller to prevent further incident.
