-- Charlene Makowiecki, 58, Boardman, was cited for failure to yield and OVI after her northbound vehicle on state Route 11 failed to yield while merging onto state Route 344 and was struck by a vehicle driven east on state Route 344 by Eric Ostrander, 52, Columbiana, at 5:28 p.m. Dec. 21 in Fairfield Township. Makowiecki was treated on scene for possible injuries by the Columbiana Fire Department.
-- Frank Cook, 55, Salem, was cited for failure to control after his westbound vehicle on County Road 400 went off the north side of the roadway striking a ditch at 8:48 a.m. Dec. 21 in Knox Township. No injuries were reported.
-- Jason Loving, 34, Salem, was cited for failure to yield after his northbound vehicle failed to yield while entering Georgetown Road from a private alley, causing it to be struck by a vehicle driven west by Kevin Gross, 60, Beloit, at 3:35 p.m. in Knox Township. No injuries were reported.
-- Joseph Anderson, 25, Alliance, was cited for failure to control after his northbound vehicle on Westville Lake Road went left of center, off the left side of the roadway and down an embankment before striking a ditch and another embankment at 1:15 p.m. Dec. 17 in Knox Township. No injuries were reported.
-- Brittany Moore, 32, East Palestine, was cited for failure to control and hit and skip after her northbound vehicle on Leslie Road went off the right side of the roadway striking a tree stump and another tree at 10:35 a.m. in Middleton Township. No injuries were reported.

East Liverpool
- Wilson Allen Smith, 87, East Liverpool, was cited for assured clear distance ahead following a three-vehicle crash on the Newell toll bridge at 11:07 a.m. Dec. 14 in which he was northbound and struck the rear of a vehicle driven by John Marcus Sprout, 69, Chester, shoving it into a vehicle driven by Megan Marie Trevor, 30, New Cumberland, who had stopped to pay the toll. No injuries were reported.
