LISBON -- Lance Morris, 37, Hilltop Drive, Lisbon, was served Sunday with two separate secret indictments issued by the Columbiana County Grand Jury for drug charges.
The charges include two counts of possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony, and a specification for forfeiture of money in a drug case, for allegedly possessing cocaine on April 6, 2023 and March 16, 2021 when he also had $805 in his possession.
An East Liverpool woman accused of trying to bring drugs into a government facility was served Monday with a secret indictment for drug charges.
Stephanie Savin, 32, Valley Avenue, East Liverpool, was charged with third-degree felonies of illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto the grounds of a specified governmental facility and aggravated possession of drugs and a misdemeanor of illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia for an incident on Feb. 11, 2022 involving methamphetamine.
Also served with a secret indictment was Wallace Mackain, 42, Ephriam Street, East Liverpool, charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly possessing methamphetamine on May 6, 2022.
