LISBON -- Defendants served Monday with secret indictments issued by the Columbiana County Grand Jury included:
-- Emmanuel Rodgers, 23, Youngstown, aggravated possession of drugs and aggravated trafficking in drugs, both second-degree felonies, for allegedly possessing and packaging for sale methamphetamine in an amount equal or more than five times the bulk amount but less than 50 times the bulk amount on Dec. 8, 2022.
-- Carley Eckman, 30, Prospect Street, Salem, aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly possessing methamphetamine on Aug. 10, 2022.
-- David Watkins, 41, Greenwich, nonsupport of dependents, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly failing to pay child support for a child from Dec. 20, 2020 to Dec. 18, 2022.
-- Tiffany Keys, 40, Midland, Pa., possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly possessing heroin on Oct. 9, 2020.
-- A Wellsville woman accused of being the driver in a drive-by shooting in Columbiana County in April was served Tuesday with a secret indictment issued by the Columbiana County Grand Jury for a felony charge.
Jordyn Price, 26, McKee Road, Wellsville, was charged with a second-degree felony complicity to commission of an offense, along with a three-year firearm specification. According to the indictment, Price allegedly aided a co-defendant on April 13 in the commission of an offense by driving him past a victim's residence while he fired multiple shots into the residence from the vehicle.
Also served with secret indictments were:
-- Jonathan Rockhold, 49, Broadway Avenue, Wellsville, aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly possessing methamphetamine on July 18, 2021.
-- Richard Camerlin, 64, Chester, W.Va., possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly possessing cocaine on Aug. 20, 2021.
