Andre was transported to Salem City Hospital by Winona EMS for suspected minor injuries, and Andre's passenger, Kassidy Swanson, 16, Salem, was transported to Salem City Hospital by EMT for suspected serious injuries.

-- Tracy Bentley, 54, Beloit, was cited for assured clear distance ahead after her northbound vehicle on state Route 9 struck the rear of a vehicle driven northbound by Justin Kale, 17, Beloit, before going off the right side of the roadway and striking a railroad tie at 5:40 p.m. April 29, in Butler Township. Bentley was transported to Salem City Hospital by Winona EMS for suspected minor injuries.
-- Nancy Sensing, 45, Hanoverton, was cited for failure to control after her westbound vehicle on U.S. Route 30 went off the right side of the roadway, striking a gas pipeline marker and coming to rest in a swampy area at 9:23 a.m. April 28, in West Township.
-- Sue Vanhorn, 77, Minerva, was cited for right of way after her eastbound vehicle on state Route 172 proceeded into the intersection and was struck by a vehicle driven northbound by Joan Toot, 79, Salem, and spun going off the right side of the roadway and striking a utility pole and a sign after impact at 6:04 p.m. April 27 in Hanover Township. No injuries were reported.
