Highway Patrol
-- Ryan Mike, 35, Wellsville, was cited for left of center after his southbound vehicle on state Route 45 went left of center, striking a vehicle driven north by Megan McLevey 36, Wellsville at 7:07 p.m. Thursday in Yellow Creek Township. McLevey and her passenger Isabella McLevey, 15, Wellsville, were transported to Beaver Hospital by a family member for possible injuries.
-- Alec Hamling, 38, Alliance, was cited for failure to control and driving under suspension after his westbound vehicle on U.S. Route 30 went off the right side of the roadway, striking a utility pole at 7:17 p.m. April 16 in Hanoverton Township. No injuries were reported.
-- Emica Hall, 17, Salem, was cited for failure to control and juvenile traffic offense after her westbound vehicle on Applegate Road went off the left side of the roadway, overturning onto its roof, at 2:32 p.m. April 15 in Wayne Township. No injuries were reported.
Columbiana County Sheriff's Office
-- Deputies responded at 11:11 p.m. to the area of Applegate Road in Wayne Township to a report of ATV riders attempting to remove barriers and access private property on Friday. Deputies determined none of the barriers appeared to be tampered with and no ATVs were at the scene when officers arrived.
-- A Sharon, Pa. man reported at 3 p.m. on Thursday that his father would not return a firearm the complainant gave to his mother prior to her death. He was advised to take his father to civil court.
-- Deputies responded at 3:44 p.m. to state Route 558 to an alarm drop in Salem Township on Thursday. Deputies made contact with the resident who stated it was a false alarm.
-- Deputies responded at 1:47 p.m. to Sprouse Road in Yellow Creek Township to a report of an intoxicated man refusing to leave a residence on Thursday. The subject had left before deputies arrived and was not found in the area.
-- Deputies served an order of protection at 5:56 p.m. on Cherry Street in Washingtonville on Thursday.
-- Deputies responded at 7:11 p.m. to Second Street in Hanoverton Township to a neighbor dispute over a property line on Wednesday. The complainant was advised it was a civil matter. Several attempts to make contact with the other party involved were unsuccessful.
