Lisbon

- An officer responded to the area of East Chestnut Street near McKinley Elementary at 10:46 a.m. Oct. 16 in reference to a juvenile riding a dirt bike on the road. The officer found the juvenile near his residence and told him not to ride the dirt bike on the sidewalk or roadway.

- An officer observed a large amount of smoke in the 200 block of Washington Street at 7:34 p.m. Oct. 15 and found that a resident had just started their pallet stove.

- Lisa Young, 48, New York, was charged with OVI following a traffic stop on North Market Street at 12:18 a.m. Oct. 13.

- An officer responded to a business on East Lincoln Way at 4:06 p.m. Oct. 11 in reference to an intoxicated person. The caller did not state if the person in question was on foot or driving a vehicle. The officer was unable to find anyone in the area who appeared impaired.

- An officer stood by in the 600 block of North Market Street at 2:05 p.m. Oct. 11 while an eviction notice was served.

- An officer responded to the area of state Route 154 near Bluff Street at 10:53 p.m. Oct. 9 in reference to a reckless driver coming into town. The officer was unable find a reckless driver.

- A West Washington Street resident reported at 3:02 p.m. Sept. 29 someone had stolen football cards and other mail from his mailbox. Video of the indecent was collected by officers and the suspect identified, but the resident never responded to the station to collect the cards recovered or provide proof of the more expensive cards he reported stolen.
