-- Officers responded to the 100 block of Grandview Street at 9:38 a.m. Oct. 13 in reference to a medical alert. Officers spoke with the resident's granddaughter who said her grandmother was not at home and she would contact her.
-- Tommy W. Hancock, 55, North Market Street, Lisbon, was cited for OVI after allegedly striking a neighbor's fence and leaving the scene at 1:28 a.m. Oct. 11. He was found parked on Lions Club Road off of Logtown Road.
