- Officers responded to an East Chestnut Street home at 7:30 p.m. Monday in reference to a domestic dispute and found that it was only a verbal dispute.
- Chase Perkins, 24, Salem, was cited for possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on East Chestnut Street at Pritchard Avenue at 8:24 p.m. Sept. 30.
- Officers responded to the 300 block of West Washington Street at 9:57 p.m. Sept. 28 where a resident reported his roommate had locked him out of the home after an argument. The roommate agreed to let him back inside and agreed to keep the peace.
- Patrolling officers observed at 9:47 p.m. Sept. 28 a vehicle at the Park and Ride on state Route 154 in which the occupant was ducked down out of view. Officers spoke with the driver, identified as Tim Troyer, no age or address listed, who said that he had been in a fight with his wife on Brookfield Avenue in which he had grabbed her necklace and shoved her before gathering his belongings and leaving. Officers checked with the sheriff's department and found that he was wanted on charges. He was transported to the police station and turned over to the sheriff's office.
- An officer responded to the Hornsby House on Rose Drive at 3:15 p.m. Sept. 27 where a complainant reported several vehicles that didn't belong there had been in and out of the area lately and witnessed on several occasions hand-to-hand transactions between residents and the vehicles. The complainant requested an extra watch of the area.
- Officers responded to an apartment in the 300 block of East Chestnut Street at 7:36 p.m. Sept. 22 where the resident reported the smell of marijuana coming from the apartment below. The resident said he was a business owner and did not want to smell of marijuana and had previously spoken with the neighbor. Officers could detect the smell of marijuana but could not isolate the source. There was no answer at the neighboring apartment in question. The complainant was advised a report would be on file.
- A man reported on station at 4:20 p.m. Sept. 20 he believed he was being watched by an undercover vehicle in which a male in a black SUV with no plates had been staring at him while in the plaza at Italo's. He was assured Lisbon police do not have unmarked units and was advised to contact the Columbiana County Sheriff's Office.
- Marquis Nichols, no age or address listed, was arrested on an active warrant out of the Canton Police Department following a traffic stop on Bluff Street at 1:54 a.m. Sept. 20.
