-- Deputies were called at 3:34 a.m. Friday to New Day Recovery on Union Ridge Road, Negley, for a patient out of control. She was found to be under the influence and transported to East Liverpool City Hospital for evaluation. A deputy followed the ambulance to the hospital where the person was taken into custody for an outstanding warrant after being discharged.
-- A deputy responded at 3:05 a.m. Friday to a property on Canal Street, East Rochester after residents reported their security cameras captured a person walking around the northeast side of the property. No one was located during a check of the property or neighborhood.
-- Deputies served an arrest warrant on Charles R. Bowers Sr., 48, Pineview Drive, East Liverpool, at 12:44 a.m. Friday after finding him hiding in the bedroom under the bed at a Pine Hollow Road property in Elkrun Township. He was taken to the county jail for felony domestic violence and failure to appear for child support.
-- An unauthorized use of a vehicle report was filed at 9:58 p.m. Sept. 28 on Dunn Road in Madison Township. A warrant was issued for a woman on the charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle through Columbiana County Municipal Court.
-- A suspicious vehicle was reported parked at the end of a driveway at the corner of Georgetown and Hartley roads at 11:51 p.m. Sept. 27. A note was left by the owner of the vehicle advising the car ran out of gas, with both his name and number on the note. Dispatch verified the note with the owner.
