Highway Patrol
--Raymond Baker, 20, East Liverpool, was cited for failure to control after his southbound vehicle on county Route 448A went off the right side of the road, striking a ditch in Madison Township at 7:39 p.m. Wednesday. No injuries were reported.
-- James Andrews Sr., 53, East Palestine, was cited for failure to control and a seatbelt violation after his westbound vehicle on Padgett Road went off the left side of the road, striking a boulder, before overturning and continuing to strike and protrude into a detached garage in Unity Township at 7:44 p.m. Tuesday. The East Palestine Fire Department and EMS and Chippewa Township Fire Department's Technical Rescue responded to the scene for structural support efforts and to extricate Andrews.
-- Logan Tucker, 29, Minerva, was cited for OVI and failure to control after his eastbound vehicle on U.S. Route 30 drove off the left side of the roadway striking a sign, a billboard and then overturned onto its left side in West Township at 5:05 a.m. Sept. 18. No injuries were reported.
-- Grant Robertson, 34, Salineville, was cited for left of center and distracted driving after his southbound vehicle on state Route 39 went left of center striking a vehicle driven by Brandan Bellville, 45, Toronto, in Washington Township at 4:39 p.m. Sept. 16. No injuries were reported.
-- Breanna Mackall, 17, New Waterford, was cited for right of way after turning right out of a driveway onto Metz Road, striking a vehicle driven by Austin Harroff, 17, New Waterford, in Unity Township at 8:36 p.m. Sept. 15. No injuries were reported.
Lisbon
- Officers responded to the area of the Columbiana County courthouse at 12:28 p.m. Sept. 22 in reference to a woman who escaped from common pleas court. Officers were unable to find the woman in question. Officers later found the woman at an East Washington Street home when the resident reported she was there without permission.
- Officers responded to a state Route 45 business at 9:31 a.m. Sept. 20 in reference to an irate customer attempted to get a refund for $500. The customer was advised to contact Amazon.
- Officers stood by while an individual gathered belongings from a North Beaver Street home at 8:15 a.m. Sept. 20.
- Basil McMurray, Longs Crossing, Leetonia, was charged with criminal damaging after officers responded to a West Washington Street, Lisbon, home at 12:04 a.m. Sept. 17 where a resident reported McMurray had damaged the door while banging on it in an attempt to speak with her.
- Logan Jones, 32, Oak Street, Lisbon, was charged with two counts of assault and criminal damaging after officers responded to a South Jefferson Street business at 1:52 a.m. Sept 16 in reference to a fight and found that Jones had broken out the back window of a vehicle with a beer bottle following a physical altercation, causing injuries to passengers in the vehicle.
- John Holenchick, Lisbon, was charged with criminal trespassing after officers responded to an East Lincoln Way business at 12:29 p.m. Sept. 11 where he had been despite being told not to return.
- An officer responded to Allay Senior Care at 12:29 p.m. Sept. 10 in reference to a combative patient. When the officer arrived, the patient calmed down and agreed to go with EMS.
