-- Michael Herron, no age or address listed, was cited for no driver's license after a patrolling officer observed him riding a four-wheeler on Michigan Avenue at 7:28 p.m. July 20. Herron then fled from the officer, who followed the tracks into a wooded area where Herron was hiding.
-- Officers responded to the 800 block of St. George Street at 3:46 p.m. July 20 in reference to someone doing drugs in a vehicle behind a house. Officers checked the area but could not find the vehicle in question.
-- An officer responded to an apartment complex on Wilbert Avenue at 7:30 p.m. July 19 in reference to trash thrown all over the stairs in front of an apartment. There was identifying mail in the trash and the officers spoke with the residents, advising them to pick up the trash they left in the parking lot.
-- Officers responded to the Broadway Wharf at 6:44 p.m. July 19 in reference to a woman acting out of the ordinary in a vehicle next to the bathrooms. Officers were unable to find the woman or the vehicle.
-- Katherine Harpold, no age or address listed, was cited for driving alone on a permit and marked lanes following a traffic stop on West Ninth Street at 5:33 p.m. July 19.
-- An officer responded to the 300 block of Shadylane Drive at 11:21 p.m. July 18 where a resident reported a woman was at her front door wanting to fight her. The officer checked the building but could not find the woman in question.

Haught, 36, no address listed, was arrested on an active warrant out of Columbiana County after officers responded to the 700 block of West Ninth Street at 8:55 p.m. July 18 where he had allegedly entered an abandoned home. He was found walking toward Dresden Avenue and denied entering the house, saying he just went into the back yard.
-- A Etruria Street resident reported at 11:30 a.m. July 18 items had been stolen from her wallet the four days prior and her debit card was used twice since for purchases totaling $499.50. She said there was only one other person in the house when the items went missing.
-- A woman reported at 12:10 p.m. July 18 someone had put sugar in her gas tank overnight while it was parked outside a local fraternal lodge.
-- Rebecca A. Burr, 60, no address listed, turned herself in on a warrant at 12:07 p.m. July 18.
