-- Justin M. Martin, 39, state Route 267, East Liverpool, was served a warrant for theft and criminal trespass after a deputy responded to the 45000 block of Riffle Road, Elkrun Township, at 3:43 p.m. Wednesday in reference to an open 911 call in which a man and woman could be heard arguing.
-- Deputies responded to a 48000 block Allegheny Trail, Middleton Township, home at 3:10 p.m. Wednesday where a resident reported a man came into her house and assaulted her. The man left before deputies arrived.
-- A Ridge Road, West Township, resident reported at 2:15 p.m. Wednesday he received a letter in the mail from the unemployment service stating someone had made a claim in his name. He said this is the second time this has happened and he does not know who is doing it.
-- A Clarkson Road, Middletown Township, resident reported at 1:29 p.m. Wednesday a credit card had been opened in his name. He said he called the card company and closed the account.
-- Deputies responded to a Seigler Road, Washington Township, home at 9:31 a.m. Wednesday in reference to a man who had overdosed. Deputies found medical personnel on scene and the victim was being transported to the East Liverpool hospital. The victim was found by medical personnel to be high on suspected meth, but not overdosing.
-- A state Route 45, Lisbon, resident reported at 10:13 p.m. Tuesday her husband had taken a vehicle they share. She was told it is a civil matter.
-- Deputies responded to the 7000 block of Depot Road, Center Township, at 4:58 p.m. Tuesday where a resident reported seeing a vehicle at a neighbor's house that was out of the ordinary. Deputies did not find any vehicle at the home, which was secure and unoccupied.
-- Michael R. Craig, 42, North Ellsworth Avenue, Salem, was cited for fictitious plates and driving under suspension following a traffic stop on state Route 7 near state Route 154 in Rogers at 3:05 p.m. Tuesday. A K-9 officer indicated a narcotic odor and search of the vehicle revealed 37 white pills labeled as Tramadol, a level four narcotic, for which Craig did not have a prescription. The pills were seized and sent for testing.
-- An Esterly Drive, Fairfield Township, business owner reported at 2:52 p.m. Tuesday he fired an employee and then found property had been damaged.
-- A deputy responded to a state Route 172, Hanover Township, business at 10:05 a.m. Tuesday to speak with a man who was walking and trying to find a new place to live. The man said his home was too hectic and was walking to a local business to speak with his uncle to see if he could give him a ride somewhere. The deputy gave the man a ride to the business, but the man's uncle was not there. The man was then given a ride back to his home where he was able to contact his uncle.
-- Deputies responded to the 25000 block of state Route 172, West Township, at 10:39 p.m. Monday where a property owner reported seeing someone wearing dark clothing walk out of the cornfield near his driveway then run off when approached. Deputies walked around the property but did not find anyone.
-- Deputies responded to the 27000 block of Lake Point Drive, Know Township, at 9:45 p.m. Monday where a resident reported firework debris falling on her home. Deputies spoke with neighbors who said they were finished with their fireworks. They were told to be cautious of the direction they were shooting fireworks in the future.
-- A Ridge Road, Butler Township, resident reported at 9:17 a.m. Monday he had been contacted via text message by someone against whom he has a protection order.
